halo everyone.... its me again... been blogging so much that i haven't got any new ways to start it off liao, so pardon me for lack or creativity yah... lolx... Anyway juz rained for awhile when having lunch... now the sun is out, bright and hot... good that it rained abit, at least it clears off some of the haze (PSI reading: 53).... been a busy morning...
Yesterday, testing have ended "on time" (juz before 6:30PM) even though we are a few hours off the the actual scheduled time... was raining when i rushed for band yesterday, lucky i had an umberalla with me at all times and avoided becoming a "luo tang ji" heez... its was exception busy in school yesterday evening, maybe its the start of the skool term and CCA as well, the sport hall was buzzing with activities, there was volleyball, badminton, rock climbing, etc... its juz really lively... then as i proceed to the bandroom, saw lots of fresh faces practising outside the bandroom, the shock was when i enter the bandroom, the place is packed...never seen so many pple in nypsb before... was taken by surprise actually...some pple even had to stand around and play... its was that packed... but anyway, finally got my hands on an Altus flute, was excited about it... rush outside to try it once it was assembled... its is truely a flute of good craftmanship, as the material used is good, light and really thin, making the sound really bright and clear (for high notes), and deep and with volume (for the low notes) did a couple of warm ups and played a couple of pieces myself with it... the keypads are really comfortable and notes are really precise (maybe because its new thats y there is so many good comments i guess...heez) My happiness was short, as shi jia came out with my "wife" (my own flute), saying there wasn't enough, so i gave her the Altus and i use my own flute instead... haiz.... at least i got to use it so not complaining...heez... anyway... went back in the bandroom, played a few songs with them... quite fun actually, but just too many pple i feel (flute alone there was 19 pple...scary right...) anyway.... shortly after, we had a break, that is when all the year ones take their leave... and the main band settle down... and we played the songs for performance.... ended the night off with fantasy variation... haiz....sad to say the band has not changed much despite the lecture lao shi gave the other time... donno when the band is going to learn... haiz... they are not say lousy, i would say everyone is talented but just lack committement and passion to make good music... thats all... Anyway, after that, packed my stuff and by the time i left the bandroom its about 10 plus... Sherine have her hands on my album, taking orders to the pictures she wants, then passed the album to xiu xiu to bring home as it was too late, so i allow her to do her "shopping" of photos at home instead... (remember to bring tml yah...*wink)... by the time i got home, its close to 11, had my dinner, got a shower, watched a little tv before heading to bed...
Today, dun have to come to work earlier coz testing is finally over (heez....slp abit longer...=P)... but once i got to work... work was waiting for me, so have been busy the whole morning.... after that, went for lunch and when return, more work... haha loving it man (rather than rotting all day... time pass faster this way...=P) Anyway, alot of research work to do liao... really wish to stay around to chat...but guess i can't, its back to work... cya guys tml then.... Spiderman was great!!!
Halo pple... morning was a little hazy this morning isn't it... well according to reliable sources...this haze is going to stay for awhile...haiz... not really in the mood to work today... been stoning off quite abit since i came to the office... must be not having enough slp last night... heez
Anyway... yesterday was planning to knock off work at about 6.45pm so as to catch the 7.20pm show (Spiderman 2) at Plaza Singapura, but due to delay on the testing... have to stayed on to about 7.30pm, after that rush off to catch the 8.30 slot instead...reached PS about 8 (coz its only a couple of stop from office) so went to grad tickets before heading to the food junction to have some dinner... after that seeing there is spare time, when to grab some drink from watson, went to the loo before heading into the theatre (oppz... am i getting abit detailed...=P) Anyway i must say...it is a great movie... juz as exciting as the first one... but this one is more packed with action....cannot wait for the 3rd one man... But its not really like in the comic as spiderman never takes off his mask despite any danger, whereas in the movie he reveal his face to not 1, not 2 but hundreds of pple.... which means there its not a secret anymore... so i found that part abit weird...apart from that... i love it... heez... when the show ended its was close to 11, a 2 1/2 hours movie (which i mistaken as 2 hrs) but well didn't really bothered me as i still had a direct train back home... Reach home got myself a nice long bath, after that sat down to watch a little tv and prepare stuff to bring today before heading to bed... and that is how my day went yesterday... short but sweet i would say...
This morning there is more testing to do... and as usual some delays and behind schedule as there is problems techincally... hopefully its not going to drag like yesterday coz i am not going to wait today... i have band practise tonight... hopefully everyone wakes up after the last practise and the lecture and all... heez... hmm.... guess thats all for the day lah... abit short but if anyting exciting happen today.... will be blog in tommorrows blog... be sure to stay tune to Ryan's blog (advertising abit....lolx) Ciaoz...

Wet Monday....
Cooling Monday morning....wasn't too hot when i came to the office today... oh yah... had to come in at 9 (which i ended u coming in at 9:10 =P) this morning... have testing to do so have to come earlier... having a tummy ache since this morning... sian... keep running up and down the toilet (now u know y i am late...) but slowly feeling better now... got alot of concern from my frens when they know about it... feel like i am showered with love... the feeling is so warm and good... thxs guys *muack (big fat kisses to all...) heez...
Had to tough training (dragonboat) on Saturaday... as least for me... its is my second training after my "long holiday" and i was ask to be the stroker (meaning the person right infront of the boat giving timing and pace) it is really a very tough job man... there is no stopping for us and we are constantly pressured to stretch futher... after that session, i had a blisters and peeling off skin on my left hand...and even blisters on top of blisters... its was not painful comparing to the cramps and aches i got from my back and abs after we kept the boats back in the shed... grab myself a 100 plus and rested on a chair for about 5 mins before i started moving again... had a couple of beer after that... and had friendly conversation with the guys as well... slowly mixing into the group a little more... heez... both after that...rush off to meet herbert at serangoon gardens... didn't really wanna meet coz i was rather shagged after training... but went anyway cause it have been awhile since we last saw each other... (refering to the rest of "the gang")... had a satisfied meal when i got there... only me and herbert, we had half a chicken, chilli kangkong, and you tiao stuff with sotong fried to crispy... and each had 2 1/2 bowls of rice to go with it... (was really hungry...) After that... since we are still early, the both of us went to NTUC to roam about and got ourselve some stuff before settling at cafe cartel (the meeting spot) and waited... slowly one by one arrived....as usual with some latecomers... but when everyone was together... we kinda talked abit... i was shagged... and Li Hao wasn't feeling too well so we decided to call it a day earlier, the rest gone off to join another group at a nearby pub... Bought duo hua (with tang yuan) back for my mummy, hitched a right home on li hao's van... thx alot... got home, first thing i did was to get a shower... i was starting to smell like kallang river and am all sweaty and all...cannot tahan... After a nice clean bath, all xiang xiang liao... then sat down and spend some "quality time" with my mum enjoying on duo hua... (bought one for myself also...=P)... after that, rest awhile more before heading to bed... totally knocked out man...
Sunday morning... can hardly get straight out of bed coz my back was aching rather badly... practically rolled out of bed... after that was a juggle between tv and computer for the rest of the day... then in the evening went to have pork chop with my parent at a hawker center near my aunt's place... after went to my aunt's place for awhile, brought photos (of the trip) to show them... then watch home alone 3... dame funny....and very creative the tricks the kid use... superb man...after that when back home, more television before going to bed at about 1 plus... lolx... rather boring sunday lah... but will at least got some break lah... heez..

End of a week start of a chapter
Its finally the weekend once again... been a long week... maybe because its the week after my long holiday so still kinda stuck in holiday mood ba... heez... On my way to work this morning i saw an ACTOR man... or an Ex actor to be specific... i saw JAMES LYE man... lolx.. the guy with diana ser now... from the show triple nine and the recent movie featuring Arron Kwok (AD 2000 i tink)... he is indeed handsome... not over built and as tall as i am... but wasn't as excited as i was last time when i get to see actors/actresses... maybe i have grown out of that age le ba... heez...
Yesterday was ok for me... went to meet up with some frens (herbert, huiting, selina and zhi yun) at city hall yesterday then we went to kenny rogers for dinner... had half a slab of chicken and a whole deal of side dishes... was totally stuffed after that (felt like a turkey during christmas...haha) but it was enjoyable and we sort of chat for awhile, looked at (my trip) photos, and chat even more... then when we left the place, its close to 10 so we sort of walked abit....was tinking of going to a cafe to sit down and talk even more... but zhi yun have to rush home coz she have to work today, and since i have to work today, and selina is aching and really tired after a 4 day "torture" camp... we decided to call it a day and everyone head back home instead... it was a short session, but will its juz catching up to see if everyone is doing well thats all... heez.... Accompanied zhi yun to the train station (since i am taking the train as well, herbert then gang headed back to suntec as they are taking bus back). Reached home...took a shower, and started doing up "order slips" for the trip photos, so that i can get a systematic order form, spend close to an hour drafting it out in office (heez.... done during free time... dun misunderstand...) heez... should be set to take order on tuesday...after that, did abit of workout before heading to bed...
This morning....as usual in office, did some preparations for monday system testing... other than that....nothing much... nypsb having some kinda "welcome party" for the new year ones... heard that 50 turned up... really wished i am there right now... haiz... too bad i have to work... haha... well, juz not fated i guess... Anyway, rain abit juz now... lasted for about 20 mins... and its stopped, now the sky is still gloomy, hope the weather for the day is not going to be this way for the whole day, coz i am really looking forward to training (dragonboat) later on... after training, should be off home to grab a shower, change to some fresh clothes before meeting "my gang" in gardens... (serangoon gardens) for a little get together... the last time we had one was a couple of months ago...so guess its a must go...haha... anyway thats probably the plan for the day i guess... not much but at least dun have to rot at home and do nothing...heez... alright then guess thats all for the day... Enjoy the rest of the weekend!!! Love u all pple!!!

Happening Band Prac!!!
Dear Diary,
Haven't got much sleep yesterday... been tinking of what lao shi have to say yesterday during band prac and everyting that have happen after that... shall elaborate it in the later part of the blog. Its a friday, meaning its close to the end of another week... donno to be happy or not... happy maybe because the weekend is approaching, not maybe its a week close to my enlistment... heez... but well...take one step at a time and enjoy every moment of it i guess...
Alot have happened in band yesterday... and it affected my mood pretty badly... when i reached hoping to put my hands on the new flute, was told that we are not allowed to use the new flutes, and Sherine's face was not at all happy... got a little disappointed, and since everyone have to use the old ones, there wasn't one left for me... so i was practically sitting there doing nothing... so i went to help out in percussion for awhile before grabbing my photos from the rack to see (& kill time)... slowly, my album was passed around during practices to view... Then during the break, Sherine left as her back isn't doing to well... hopefully she is feeling better now... Anyway after break, joined in practise using Sherine's flute... After about another 1 hr or practise and halfway through the song is where the storm enters, lao shi finally burst out... gave the entire band a lecture... first time i ever seen lao shi that angry... he lectured us about the attitude all the members have in band and not being committed enough, and also the lack of seriousness during practise itself (which made me pretty guilty, as i was still looking at photos before practise...) One thing that worrys me most is when lao shi say he is more than glad to give up his position to another conductor, usually when he says that, he is bound to leave soon (rumours from past band he have taken)... Really hope the band will buck up and change their attitude alot...after band Jac gave a few announcement before our VP steps into the matter... gathering all the SL... everything was smooth and peaceful until the VP started to shouting at all the SL, which i very much dislike and honestly was abit pisssed, but since i have already graduted, i have decided to wash my hands off the matter... Anyway the VP start to lecture every single section about attendance, committment and all that, sounded like he is lecturing juniors in a secondary school band... And when karen (trumpet) talked back to him, he started to "make use of his post" (things like "do you know hu u are talking to" and "is this the way u talk to me, please noe your position"), and Karen (who is close to tears) gave a good answer... ("i didn't wan to be the SL in the first place") really brave of her to do that... i dun blame her for saying that as they are the one that is often getting shoot by lao shi, so i could understand he feeling and stress she is facing lah... Anyway... after that "session", karen did broke down, everyone's mood was affect even more... but none really show it out... the walk to the bus stop have a different feel as everyone is juz not themselve anymore... was actually thinking off walking out alone juz too cool down from wat that have just happen... but was called back by xiu and zhong xi.... so i waited for them and walked out with them... This is one practise i would rather forget... but unfortunately i guess will remember its for life... I dun find anything wrong with the band... expect for their attitude perhaps... but other stuff they are only following from examples... still think the "top level" should do some self reflection before scolding or reprimand the band (not refering to anyone in particular...dun get me wrong)...
Okok...enough of the unhappy stuff...won't wan to bring the feeling to today... heez...what is over is over... time too look forward... heez... still looking forward to the next practise... basically because i get to see all my frens again... heez... and really enjoy making music as it really destress me from a day of work... quite sure the next practice will be better *smiles... Hee... paiseh, mention a little too much about band today...okok change topic... well... got to work as usual this morning, turn on my com, log into msn first before starting work =p Still working on researching for information... other then tat is the norms... Eh... meeting up with a bunch of frens later after work for dinner and a little chit chat... brought my photo (for the trip) to show them as well... Flutes!!!
Konichiwa pple!!! wet weather since morning, didn't wan to get out of bed this morning, its was so cooling outside and with my aircon, it made it feel like i am back in Aussie... but still managed to drag myself out of bed cause i have to work... heez... Anyway, the rain sort of stopped when i left home for work and started again once i reached my workplace... its like they are pre planned, strange isn't it *grinz...
Anyway, yesterday was the first time i reach home early (8 plus). On my way home, met a "con man", this china man approach me and started telling me stuff, at first i tot he was asking for direction so i stop to talk to him, then he started telling me that he have lost contact with his fren, and juz contacted his brother in China who will be coming to Singapore today to pass him $600,000 RMB, and asking if i can give him some money to pass the night (meaning dinner of course)... Very naturally, i took out my wallet without suspecting that he is a con, and gave him 2 bucks, then he asked him he can get 10, that is when i felt things are getting abit fishy, so i kept my wallet and told him that is all i have left... he thanked me and walked away, That is when i analysised the situation, the guy wasn't badly dress, he was in a polo t-shirt, jeans and leather shoes, should be doing that bad, and he story isn't really that convincing, that is when i realise i have been conned... But well i took it likely as its only $2 and if the person feel good "cheating may kindness" i am pretty fine with it... was too eager to help i guess... heez.. But anyway....didn't mention anyting about that when i reach home coz i feel its small matter and didn't want to make a fuzz out of it... had my dinner, rest awhile before going for a jog downstair, went on the long route, took me close to half and hour to complete, but it feels so good as 1st i felt more energised after that, and 2nd, it me so tired to tink of any unhappy things there was kept inside of me... heez... after about 10 mins rest and cool down, got home took a bath... and when out again... its was close to 10 when Herbert called to ask me out, and i agreed since its been like 2 months since we last met (he was overseas on attachment for 2 months), he picked me up along with Dennes (another good pal of mine) and we went to chom chom in serangoon gardens for a little supper, didn't eat much as i didn't wan to waste all that running i did earlier on... had a chicken wing and a mug of sugarcane thats all... after that, when around gardens looking for some ex skool mates living close by, juz to see how they were doing.. was quite fun actually... after that headed home coz all have work and skool today... heez... got home watch abit of tv before heading straight to bed...
Today, my back and legs is a little sore... legs i can understand, because of all the running and i haven't been running often, that explains y its sore, but i dun understand y my back is aching as well... maybe its the weather or i didn't slp in a good position last night... but hopefully it will be better as the day goes...heez... Today in office... hmm all the regular stuff i guess... oh yah... Ronny is back from the phillippines trip... as semi work leisure trip... and we had a short meeting this morning just to update him on the progress of the company just to keep him on track...other then that nothing happening occurred in the office... heez... Alot of things to look forward today... first its to lunch, might be meeting up with a couple of my classmates later on for lunch... sort of a get together they organised so kinda anxious for lunch today...juz to see how they are doing... Another thing i am really looking forward to is Band practise coz NEW FLUTES ARE FINALLY HERE!!! heez.... sorry got carried away there... but really cannot wait to get my hands on the flutes... heez... hopefully laoshi try some nice pieces that can really test the flute out... heez... feels like when i am get my first miyazawa during the days in SWO...haha okok side track liao.... Hmm... other then that nothing much liao i guess... hopefully the sun comes out soon and it gets less gloomy coz my mood get really affected by weather... heez... But guess that all... Buai and stay tune for more blog tml!!!

Stressed Day!!!
Zao an everyone... had to come in office rather "on time" this morning coz was suppose to have a meeting in the morning...
Yesterday band prac was fun....though the band shrink to about half of what we had for the trip... lao shi seems to be enjoying himself, everyone did actually... Finally got to play The Sound of Music, been wanting to play that song for a very long time... in the past practise, would always missed that song coz i am always late for band (having to rush down after work)... Anyway, nice song *grinz, after that, got to side read Hungarian Dances by Brahms, diffcult piece, barely made it for the first movement, but not a bad piece, rather surprise i can actually produce sound for it...lolx...can be played with abit of practise... those piece are played with the strings, going to perform today... not really keen to know the result... (considering that they have only seen Hungarian Dance for the first time), but well since i am not performing in it, it doesn't bothers me much *evil grinz*. After that, it was back to normal band prac, played a few song, mood wasn't really the same as usual band practise, it was more relaxed, maybe because not many pple was there, didn't really liked the feeling, coz it felt rather slack... but went through with it anyway... brought photos for them to see... got alot of positive comments on the photos taken... so happy... really glad they like it... coz i love them... Got to see other photos (mainly Sherine's and Meiting's) as well... and theirs are pretty good as well...think have more money to spend liao lah (redeveloping)....haha... really looking forward to seeing all the other pple's photos... heez... currently only saw about 4, Sherine's, Meiting's, May's and Angelina's... and they are all bery nice... heez... okok enough on the photos liao... will try to chose a few nice one from my album, scan it and place it here to share...dun worry...heez...*winkz* And that is more or less first band prac after trip ba... heez... The band is changing in alot of aspects, mostly is the members... haiz... alot of rumours after the trip (which i am not going to elaborate)... making me very fan, even though i am not sure wat i am fan about... juz confused i guess... haiz... people is changing, relationships are changing... LUAN ARH!!! HU CAN HELP ME!!! haiz.... felt better after that.... heez... okok think i am talking nonsense liao... better end this paragraph...
Today, well work as usual, had a meeting this morning... boss wasn't really in a good mood so everyone was rather tense and careful with their words... after meeting, everyone sigh a breath of relief before returning to more work (me included), me as usual, multi tasking (blogging, working and chatting at the same time), hope its not going to rain again today, been raining for the past 2 afternoons... think there is going to be another meeting later in the afternoon, probably after lunch... hopefully that will go well...lolx see how its goes lah... After work today, shouldn't have any plans le ba... lolx.. finally after so long get to go home straight after work... cannot even remember the last time i did that... heez... think will most likely go for my regular jog lor, have to burn off all that "fish and chips" i had in sydney... lolx.. well guess that all i have for the day then... Hopefully things will be more smooth sailing, both at work and at band for me... really hope the rumours thingy will start to simmer down soon, and everyone are back to their normal self once again... Meanwhile i can only pray... PEACE guys....Ciaoz...

It a Tuesday!!!
Morning guys (and gals)...Yawnz... feeling abit tired this morning, probably haven't have enough slp yesterday... went to bed at about 1 plus, tossed and turn till about 3 before falling aslp... had alot of in mind to think about, keeping my brains working overtime... or maybe its just the late dinner...hmmm.... watever... *grinz...
Anyway.... yesterday was boring.... practically rotting in the office apart from doing some research on monitoring softwares,and about 6, the entire company was asked to Chilles (the pub down the street) for a little celebration as the company juz got the first payment (7 digit sum!!! OMG) After that, met a few fren for a movie... I FINALLY WATCH HARRY POTTER 3!!! wanted to catch it since before i go for my trip... was a not bad movie, won't was it was nice coz it really isn't comparing to the previous 2 chapters... hopefully the next one will be better... anyway, reach home at about 12 plus yesterday, had dinner, maybe i missed my mother's cooking for so long, everything tasted so good... heez... after that had a bath and rest awhile (letting the food digest abit) before heading to bed...
Today, business as usual, hopefully not as bored as yesterday, more research to do, other then that, there might be a meeting later in the day... and yah...that is basically wat i have at work... After work, its band practise again... yipee, not that much pressure now as compare to last time as there isn't anything i am working for now... the last time was for the trip, now that the trip is over, its juz leisure for me... coz i can possibly play for the coming symphonia as i will be serving my nation... heez... hopefully everyones' photos are ready coz i can't wait to have "photo session" later... heez... Alright... i guess this is all i have today man... PEACE...

Hole in the pocket...sob...
Morning pple!!! not suffering from Monday blues today... so feeling rather good this morning... cause i finally got my sydney photos... it cost be a bloody $105 but its bloody worth it coz there is very nice picture taken... heez...
Yesterday haven done much... woke up in the late morning, had breakfast and watch tv... Later that afternoon, met up with shi jia, asked her to accompany me to SWO to pass my frens some stuff... kept her updated on band stuff that she missed as she haven't been coming band very often (coz she have to work...) Reach there, they are still having band prac... so we have decided to wait at the cafe and continue our chit chat... Maybe its because we have not met for a long time, there is alot of things talk, and i share with her alot of stuff she didn't know, and she shared with me stuff i didn't know... got alot out of that session... heez =P Anyway, band ended and i passed the stuff to my fren and met up alot of bandmates that i haven met for quite awhile, surprisingly they still remember me, this people includes you hui, ming hua, vivian (who said that i looked old...*sob), andrew and desmond... so glad to finally have a little chit chat with them and see that the band is doing well... after that, hakim gave me a ride home, and that sort of ended of my day, short day, but able to meet so many old friends made it a rather worthwhile trip for me...
Today, as usual, got to work about the same time as normal, getting my photos was my first priority...and i wasn't really too disappointed as there was some beautiful pictures taken... some are blur but majority of them are good... that is the things u will have to expect when u dun use digital camera... so i am contented with the results... looked at them first thing i come into the office... shared some with my colleage too... there is only three of us this morning (before the boss came) so we can chit chat abit... heez... going to be a long day... feeling abit confused and lost at the moment... not planning to tell anyone y so dun bother asking... juz feeling FAN (fustrated in chinese) in short... haiz.... hopefully this horrible feeling will go away soon, and not cause me to have Monday blues... heez... My good fren, Herbert have juz came back from Guang zhuo yesterday on his 2 months long overseas attachment, will be meeting up with him this week, can't wait to see him and see how much he have changed... heez... as for today.... have some research to do... and after work most likely will be going home, was tinking of going back to skool to show them the pics... but guess i can do that tml... share with my family first... heez...and yah thats about it lah....sorry that its abit short....juz that i am not really in the mood to blog today.... alot of things are going through my mind...lolx..Cheers guys and enjoy the week....

Bloody Hot Day!!!
Super hot weather today... cannot tahan, its this kind of weather that make me miss sydney really badly... Anyway, think i will get used to it sooner or later... heez...
Yesterday went to the chalet after work, all the way at Pasir Ris, had bbq food and some drinks, was ok lor.... everyone was really "tame" as compared to in Aussie, maybe lost the mood liao ba =p... saw Ivan for the first time after such a long time, still the same, haven change much, Lao shi also joined us for awhile, had abit to drink and makan, then have a chit chat before heading home, the mood wasn't really right lor... maybe everyone is still trying to adapt to the time and weather ba... wasn't the best chalet experience i had but it was still enjoyable still, have a little get together, chit chat and all, Uncle dennis also came, that is when things start to get little more noisy... But the night was short for some as they have to leave early and by 12 plus the group was rather small... i left at about 12 plus myself, Dennis gave me a ride home, together with Angie and Han, driving skill power man... lolx... going at close to 140 on the expressway... But it was fun lah... short chalet but enjoyable...heez...
Today, come to work as usual, hot and humid weather made me sweat quite abit... really sickening... cannot tahan... anyway... did some work today, after that wrote some testimonial juz to kill time... will be going paddling today.... have been looking forward to it... finally rowing in an aussie shirt... haha hopefully will be good paddle today... after that, should me meeting the guys(who is going for syf finals) for dinner if nothing goes wrong... then should be heading home for some rest... got some "homework" from dav this morning, need to tink about it and discuss it over on monday... haiz.....busy weekend then... Anyway thats the plan lah... will blog monday then... Meanwhile, thats all folks... heez... Cheers and Take care!!!

Buai Sydney... Halo Singapore
HALO pple!!! i am back from down under (aka Australia)... hope those die hard blog reader didn't missed me too much yah...heez... Had a wonderful time in Sydney(& Bathurst). Will try not go into too much details if not i will end up writing a novel out of the trip... heez...
As it was a night trip, reach at the airport in the morning, and the driver for our trip, John was already there waiting for use with a sign "Nanyang Polytechic" in his arm, the weather was ok when we reach there, the sun was out and i tink is about 15 degrees that morning, but not everyone feels it was cooling like me, as some have already took out their jacket and stuff... couldn't adapt to the weather i guess... After that, had lunch and head to the Blue Mountains, where we got a wonderful views of the mountains in Australia, simply sensational... took quite abit of pics before heading to Bathrust (a town we will be staying for 4 days of the 9 days trip). As it was a rather long journey (about 1 hrs 45mins bus ride), majority of them had a little nap in the bus (including me)...
Bathrust, first word most if not all say when we finally reached is COLD (temperture was close to 0 degrees)... lolx... As we reach there at night, everyone was practically breathing out smoke, that was how cold the weather was in Bathrust... was kinda sad that the 5 of us (Andy Koh, Andy Tan, Wei Xiang, Zhongxi and myself) have to be separated from the rest of the gang as there was not enough room at the other hotel, but we ended up being envied by everyone, coz we ended up staying in an apartment with our own living room, kitchen, laundry room, etc, rather then juz a hotel room. everyting we wan was there, and the owner of the motel was great, making breakfast for the 5 of us every morning... really gan dong man...feels like home too, Had load of fun, though its 5 guys, it turn out that we are not that untidy after all and guys can live togther as a group...lolx... got to try Andy Tan's cooking for the first time, and i must say he is a great cook... he cooked our "last dinner" there as well, superb... Activites at Bathrust includes the norms, shopping and taking pictures, other then that, was performance and attending music master classes and concert (and also pubbing nights...=P), there is a couple of good band for this trip, one from Shanghai, China and the other would be a band from USA, the Orchestra from Shanghai was my favourite and was the best band for the entire event. WE didn't really didn't very well in Bathrust, guess everyone was too tense and nervous as for some, it the first time performing in such and event and overseas. There were many other interesting things that happen at Bathrust, really wish to mention all but guess it would be super duper long, so guess its for me to know and for u to find out lah...=P.. Overall, had a wonderful time at Bathrust and was an excellent experience...
After that was Sydney, weather was not as cold compared Bathrust, but was still dry and windy, so we had to have drink lots of water. And i must say Sydney is a totally different place than Bathrust man... buzzing with life man even till late... (unlike Bathrust, quiet after 5). Visited a wildlife park first before going into town, there, we took photos with koalas, fed kangaroos, and etc... i saw white peacock and kangaroo for the first time, and they are juz so beautiful, and i also manage to take a pic with a joey (baby kangaroo) in my arms, was a wonderful experience... Okok back to town, we all checked into a hotel (finally dun have to split into 2 groups) somewhere in the middle of the city, and the 5 of us split into 2 group when me and the Andies in one room while the other 2 in the other, the place was not as big as the one we had at Bathrust but it was rather cosy... done plenty of sight seeing and exploring the place a little... First time having chinese food after so many day, and i must say the chinese food there is not bad at all... heez... we still had chinese food for lunch for the subsequent days but we enjoyed them... (maybe its juz that majority of us are chinese). We also visited Hardrock cafe in Sydney and we celebrated Xiu Xiu Birthday there... it was a touching site, Xiu cried, which almost got me into tears also... lucky i didn't heez... (*so paiseh, big guy like me cry...heez) anyway, i am sure its the best birthday she have every had (i know it would sure be my best if it was my birthday), the place actually extended operation hours juz for us... The most memorable part of our stay in Sydney i would say was to perform in the Sydney Opera House, the place was simple fantastic, both externally or internally, everything was so grand... really an honour to be able to perform there... though it was just a short 30 mins performance, memory of the performance will stay with me forever... As they all say, all good things have to come to an end, before we know it, it was already the last few days in Sydney, as we were set to go back in 2 groups, some get to go back one day later then the other, i am one of the luckier ones to stay for another day *grinz* On the 2nd last day (last day for some) we actually when to Manly beach to explore rather then roaming about in the city, and i must say the place have one of the freshest and best seafood i have ever tasted, i had a cold platter which include 2 Oysters, so King sized prawns, and half of an average sized lobster for only 15 Aussie dollars, was so gan dong while eating it man... everyone enjoyed that meal, i know i did, it was one of the best meal i have yet... just superb, after lunch, went for a walk on the beach barefooted and test out the water... and it was freezing, amazingly there was still pple swimming in it... took a few picture there before washing up and start out shopping spree... heez... everyone got someting they like from there as there are loads of shops selling surfing stuff there... Sherine bought a pink top that is really nice, and all of us got a similar keychain of a cap which is really cute... there are plenty more stuff we bought other then that... After that went back to the harbour to met up with the rest of the guys (han [TIC], melvin and dennis) who rather sight see then shop... heez... We each got ourselve ice creams before boarding the ferry and head back... its was throughly a fun trip and would like to thank Dennis, because he was the one that intro us to that place and all, he was practically the one bringing us around everyway and i really appreciate it... Thank You Uncle Dennis (primary school greeting style =P)
On my last day, where majority "my gang" have return, i had a rather mixed emotion, i was delighted to be staying in this wonderful city for another day, but at the same time feeling a sense of loneliness as i kinda missed the guys that have gone back... i didn't had the chance to send them off as i overslept that day, and i was sort of woke up but the feeling of loneliness that particular morning... seeing all the empty rooms made me feel worse... but anyway i went out with the Andies, jasmine and carol, it was fun lah, as we were determind to spend all our money and went on a shopping spree, it was the first time i really shop in sydney... was really cool...carol got a bad throat so she didn't really speak much, so its been the 4 of us doing most of the talking... heez, by the end of the day, i was totally broke, not even a single Aussie dollar left... first time i ever spend till i drop in a foreign country heez... anyway still carried on to take pics... this whole trip i took 9 rolls of film, which me close to 300 photos, power man.... cost of developing it also power man... lolx but that is not my concern if they turn out fine... Ok back to the trip, didn't really stayed up really late that night, everyone was rather tired as we walked alot, we even walked accross the sydney harbour bridge. Next day off we go... took virgin blue from sydney to brisbane, then from that SQ home..reach home, got some spirits (tequlia and volka to be exact) before exiting custom, when to have some indian food before heading home. Still need time to get used to the weather here in singapore, its really hot and humid... cannot tahan... lucky i am working in an aircon environment, if not i am died... heez...
Yeap....guess that ends my little journey down under, there is alot of fun details that i might have not have mention in the blog, but it will sure be a cool topic to chat about for many years to come. This is by far one of my most enjoyable overseas trip... and i would like to thank everyone involve (directly/indirectly) in this trip... without you guys the trip might not have been the same... XIE XIE!!! ***MUACK*** Overall, i have learn many things from the trip, and have greatly improve my knowledge of music, as well as having a better understanding of my friends, characters and all... the phrase "zai jia kao fu mu, chu wai kao peng you" (a chinese proverb; meaning to depend on ur family when at home, and depends on friend when out of home) really applies here... This have truly been a wonderful experience for me.
Today, first day at work after 10 days in "heaven", not bad, alot of people seem to be on leave, Pam is off to get married, Ron is in Phillippines, Kam is going to Hong Kong later tonite, office will be rather empty... heez... (Yippe!!! can slack abit...lolx) But anyway, there is work to be done so not as boring, later after work will be going to a chalet, some kinda celebration for soon to gradutes like me... so gan dong... heez, but looking forward to seeing my "jie meis" again only lah... haha hopefully Uncle Dennis can come also... then will be really fun.. heez... Anyway... guess that is all i have lah... squeezed all 10 days into a single day's blog....power man.. haha, anyway enjoy reading will keep u guys updated again tml... Ciao...
As it was a night trip, reach at the airport in the morning, and the driver for our trip, John was already there waiting for use with a sign "Nanyang Polytechic" in his arm, the weather was ok when we reach there, the sun was out and i tink is about 15 degrees that morning, but not everyone feels it was cooling like me, as some have already took out their jacket and stuff... couldn't adapt to the weather i guess... After that, had lunch and head to the Blue Mountains, where we got a wonderful views of the mountains in Australia, simply sensational... took quite abit of pics before heading to Bathrust (a town we will be staying for 4 days of the 9 days trip). As it was a rather long journey (about 1 hrs 45mins bus ride), majority of them had a little nap in the bus (including me)...
Bathrust, first word most if not all say when we finally reached is COLD (temperture was close to 0 degrees)... lolx... As we reach there at night, everyone was practically breathing out smoke, that was how cold the weather was in Bathrust... was kinda sad that the 5 of us (Andy Koh, Andy Tan, Wei Xiang, Zhongxi and myself) have to be separated from the rest of the gang as there was not enough room at the other hotel, but we ended up being envied by everyone, coz we ended up staying in an apartment with our own living room, kitchen, laundry room, etc, rather then juz a hotel room. everyting we wan was there, and the owner of the motel was great, making breakfast for the 5 of us every morning... really gan dong man...feels like home too, Had load of fun, though its 5 guys, it turn out that we are not that untidy after all and guys can live togther as a group...lolx... got to try Andy Tan's cooking for the first time, and i must say he is a great cook... he cooked our "last dinner" there as well, superb... Activites at Bathrust includes the norms, shopping and taking pictures, other then that, was performance and attending music master classes and concert (and also pubbing nights...=P), there is a couple of good band for this trip, one from Shanghai, China and the other would be a band from USA, the Orchestra from Shanghai was my favourite and was the best band for the entire event. WE didn't really didn't very well in Bathrust, guess everyone was too tense and nervous as for some, it the first time performing in such and event and overseas. There were many other interesting things that happen at Bathrust, really wish to mention all but guess it would be super duper long, so guess its for me to know and for u to find out lah...=P.. Overall, had a wonderful time at Bathrust and was an excellent experience...
After that was Sydney, weather was not as cold compared Bathrust, but was still dry and windy, so we had to have drink lots of water. And i must say Sydney is a totally different place than Bathrust man... buzzing with life man even till late... (unlike Bathrust, quiet after 5). Visited a wildlife park first before going into town, there, we took photos with koalas, fed kangaroos, and etc... i saw white peacock and kangaroo for the first time, and they are juz so beautiful, and i also manage to take a pic with a joey (baby kangaroo) in my arms, was a wonderful experience... Okok back to town, we all checked into a hotel (finally dun have to split into 2 groups) somewhere in the middle of the city, and the 5 of us split into 2 group when me and the Andies in one room while the other 2 in the other, the place was not as big as the one we had at Bathrust but it was rather cosy... done plenty of sight seeing and exploring the place a little... First time having chinese food after so many day, and i must say the chinese food there is not bad at all... heez... we still had chinese food for lunch for the subsequent days but we enjoyed them... (maybe its juz that majority of us are chinese). We also visited Hardrock cafe in Sydney and we celebrated Xiu Xiu Birthday there... it was a touching site, Xiu cried, which almost got me into tears also... lucky i didn't heez... Sydney...Wo Lai Le!~!~!~
Morning matey!!! heez... exceptional happy this morning, donno why also, just happy i guess... =P
Anyway, was a packed weekend man...with the races. Saturday, got off work like 12, Arron (Kam's fren) fetch us to the race ground, got there we see the other teams setting up their tents as well, they include, the Canadians (arch enemies..heez), Japan, British, and at the other end Germans... was really excited as it was my first ever dragon boat race... anyway... Paid money for the drinks and shirts, after that hang around the tent and waited for the team arrangement... it was a rather long race from esplande bridge all the way to the benjamin shears bridge.. (800M i was told) Anyway not long after the release of the list of rowers for the race, we were warming up for the 1st race, i was in 3 races that day, in a row...siong man... after the first race, before i could get a break... we were heading on to the next...didn't really perform up to standard... either we were too confident or we under estimated the other teams... anyway, it was the heats, but everyone was give their all for us to qualify for the finals the next day... Overall, we came in 3rd for most of the event we participated... slightly disappointed but fortunate it was only the heats... in my final race although we came in 3rd in the race, our boat cap-sized while trying to line them up at the harbour, causing everyone to fall into the sea, however spirits were still high... and everyone was cheering... and busy taking pics... heez... Anyway, that was my race for saturday... rush to istana park after that to support the band performance... not too bad i must say seem rather presentatble to go overseas for a performance... heez.. then followed there bus back to skool, and once they are all packed up, we went for dinner before heading home.
Sunday, got up bright and early to prepare for the big day ahead...tape up some bruises from sat and head off... reach there, some of the teams that haven made it through the heats have already packed yesterday leaving a few empty tents beside ours, got there, help the guys set up the stuff and waited for todays listings... When announced that there is only one race that day... i tot i will be in the race, but it seems like i was wrong, i wasn't picked for the team that day... haiz... sad and rather disappointed seeing the boat leave the harbour without me... slowly i walked back to the tent... to watch the team race... Is was for the Inter-international Coporate Race, though disappopinted i still cheered the rest on... and they came in 2nd for that race.. losing to the canadians (dame...) but beating the germans by 1/6 of a second...(close...)... when they return, some of us jump into the river for a "swim of celebration" the jumping in was alright, it the getting up that got lots of us bloody... the rocks were kinda sharp so all of us ends up with cuts on different parts of ourselves, mine is mostly on the legs since i was barefooted...heez... After that, packed up a few stuff and went to John's place at Holland V for a celebration... Great place he have there... super big mansion there... his is also a mansion i would like to consider... Some of them were already in the swimming pool when we reached... so we jumped in as well... had a few booze while waiting for the food to be ready... and when it is finally ready... everyone couldn't wait helping themselve to the food as everyone is famished...(the fish and chips were the BEST!!!) while we are eating, got to see some photos (of the race and the entire event) and after that was the medal presentation... cool, for once i felt proud once again... as everyone put in their effort and they deserved to win... After that was back to more booze, sat by the pool drinking and having a little chit chat with the gers (& guys)... Left the place at about 11, took a train back (lucky there was train...heez =p) got home, bath, more packing and went to bed... And that is the closing chapter about the race for 2004... hopefully i have another chance to race with them again...and get a medal this time round...

IT RACE DAY!!!
Finally the day i have been waiting for is here... 19th and 20th of june.... Dragonboat Race day... so excited and anxious man...
Yesterday ended work at 5, and the company went on a little excursion to No.5 (a pub near Somerset) for a little get together as well as have a farewell party for Jessen, who is leaving the company today... Reached there, got down to a little "company conference" and after that, it was free and easy... shortly after, Jerdin "challenged" Kam to a friendly game of pool, it seems that Jerdin was winning initially, but Kam came from behind and won the game, not a bad game played i must say... the evening went on and after a few drinks, the pool table was sort of dominated by my company as we have a little friendly in pairs... Had i tink at least 6 mugs of beer last night at least (even thought wasn't suppose to drink that much...because of the race...*grinz) Left the place for home at about 1030, by then the only one left was Wayne, Kam, Jessen, Eva and Me... took train back... was tinking of doing some packing when i reach home, but drop the idea as my eyelids could hardly stay open and my headache was getting worse... got home at about 1130, bathe and downloaded some updates for my computer, and was off to bed...

Having a rather stiff neck and the slight headache... felt better after applying a little yoko yoko on my neck... my lungs are acting up a little again... guess its juz excitement causing it to be abit breathless... hopefully it will turn our better later one... heez... ok lah...got to the race ground soon le.... dun tink will have much time to blog for the next couple of weeks as well coz i will be in SYDNEY!!! heez... alright thats all folks (ending of looney tune cartoons)....

Tml is the day!!! FOR GOLD AND GLORY!!!
Yawnz... morning... got kinda woke up in a fright by my alarm this morning... was slping so soundly, didn't even realise it was day break... then got awaken so suddenly that i practically jumped out of bed... and now i am having a slight headache...what a way to to start of the weekend... heez...
Yesterday practise was ok and rather "pink" i must say... as quite a number of us are in pink, some pre-plan, so are just pure coincidence, but someting wasn't right last night, think wasn't really feeling too well, was already having a little chest pain that afternoon... Anyway, wasn't one of my most liked practise. but was enjoyable because frens are there...after band, briefing, got news that i will be returning on 1 july rather then 30th june, one more day of shopping yipee... heez... was suppose to collect all the jackets and stuff last night but didn't happen in the end (haven't got a clue what happened), have already asked carol to help me take them and pass to me tml...
As for today, working as usual, and also making plans for Jessen, one of my colleage, who is leaving our company today... so sad.. haiz... they are planning a farewell party for him after work, maybe having a drink at the nearby pub or someting.. after that i tink should be going home to do some packing... leaving on monday night and i haven't any packing yet... Tml and Sunday i won't be having anytime to pack... as the RACE is on... (finally its here...) for GOLD and GLORY i always say...heez... okok back to today... trying to clear as many things on hand i can as possible... and hoping this sickening headache will be ok soon.... Thursday....2 Days to RACE and 4 Days to TRIP!!!
In office on a bright sunny thursday afternoon, work piling up but still can find time to blog...=P
Yesterday after work was fun... went for a shopping spree with "the girls", they include May, Sherine, Angelina, Jacqueen and Meiting (Xiu Xiu joined us later)...was the only guys for a couple of hours as Zhongxi joined us only later... Anyway, met up with them at citylink mall and we slowly shopped our way to suntec city (seems like suntec is turning into my second home... been heading there like practically everyday...) May, was my secretary for the evening, having written down what i need to get in her little notebook together with her "to buy" list... began the night with abit of window shopping, waited for Zhongxi to arrive before going to makan at the foodcourt (as everyone tummy is grumbling...) Otw, passed by YES so got carol's specs cloth... After dinner, first destination was Carrefour, where the real shopping actually take place... bought film, ties, shirts, socks and many many more... ended up spending 50 dollar there.... heez... After that, all the shop is more or less closing or closed (since is 9++) we kinda started heading home, Along the way, we make a final stop at giodano to by polo tees and trackpants (for may...) got myself a pink and baby yellow tee after they have been approved by "the panel of judges". heez... all in all, we spend 171 bucks in giodano... after that, its was off home we went... reached home at about 1130, super tired... unload my stuff, bathe, watch abit of tv (while waiting for my hair to dry off) then was dreamland all the way...lolx...
This morning... work as usual, in my new pink shirt and back to my mohawk hairstyle... heez... Trying to finish as much work as possible by today and tommorrow so i can take half day off on monday to pack my luggage... heez... 2 more days to RACE and 4 more days to TRIP.... all this seems so unreal man....lolx... hopefully all goes smoothly....going to enjoy all of it...lolx... Back to today first... heez, band after work, was considering not going to clear stuff in work, but can't as they are collecting shirts and blazzers today... so could not go... haha, but its going to be a rather pink practise today, they plan yesterday to wear pink for practise today so... kinda looking forward to this "pink date" lolx.... ok lah... guess this is all I have for the day then... should be going for lunch soon... tummy grumbling liao....okok end here for the day then.... Loves to all and may all stay in the PINK of health...heez...=P

Early blogging again...
Morning pple, haha, trying to start blogging in the morning again, before work start piling up on me again...*sob...
Haven have anyting to mention about yesterday since it was a late blog i had yesterday... After work yesterday, went to city hall to meet carol for her quest for sunglasses... along the way we did abit of window shopping as well looking for things to buy for the trip... reach YES (Your Eyewear Specialist) looked around at the adidas sunglasses...and after pondering and choosing for awhile, carol finally settled on one...similar model to mine, but the colour is different... hahaha, then after that... didn't make much shopping coz promised may we will go back for band... Reach bandroom about 845, was informed that practise is till 10 (as there are guest player from NTU to help out), really fun, slowly picking up the pace for the song and feeling more confident for the trip (WHICH IS LESS THAN 1 WEEK AWAY!!!) After band, its is already 10+, by the time i reach home its 11.15 (super tired...) had dinner and watched abit of GuessX3 before travelling to dreamland...
This morning, got to work at my usual timing, and piles of work is already waiting for me on the table...haiz... hopefully can finish them in time as i have my "hot dates" with 2 of B4 (May and Xiu Xiu) for a shopping spree after working for things for the trip... heez... (Just got news that zhongxi and sherine might be joining us as well...heez...)...looking forward to after work so now muz jia you abit... finish my work on time...heez.... One more day over....one more day closer
Heez.... nice morning i had... woke up earlier then usual as there is meeting in the morning... got to office about 915 today... will slightly late.
Anyway, what i have done yesterday is kinda blog yesterday liao... (considering blogging so late yesterday hee...) today have been rather busy again.... have some serious multi tasking to do man.... almost couldn't make it... but with my amazing multi tasking skill lolx.... i manage to pulled it through.... lunch was good today, had some taiwan beef noodles...(yummy...) and lime juice... heez.. erm.... then its back to work work work... haiz... no matter how much there is.... i am finally done... the rest would have to wait till tml... my last few days to the trip won't be smooth and relax...guess there is going to be quite alot of late nights....( i am expecting is already...) but i mean no pain no gain i believe... Alright... tink will try to blog more tml, now packing up and going to meet carol buy stuff before going for band... Ciao pple

No time for Monday Blues....
Phew... been a really busy day today that i can only write my blog at this time of the night man... believe it or not i am still in office... lolx...
It had been one tiring weekend i have to say.... its been really work and band most of the time... on Saturday, worked a full day from 930am till 645pm, didn't really made it for dragonboat training as there is just too much work on had, but after that rushed to skool for band, they had sectionals for woodwinds, reached there about 730pm and tink played for close to an hour and the session ended... (haha...was really short...but did managed to play a few songs)... Anyway after that, had abit of fried rice (i assume is leftovers...heez... but was still nice though) and also some kuay kuay for dessert... By the time i am done, its close to 9, we went to the track to chit chat while waiting for xiu xiu's mother to come fetch her (@ 930) and we tok alot of craps and plan for wat to bring for the trip, at the same time admiring the stars in the sky (there were plenty of them that night.....pretty...heez...) After that got home... watch the opening match for Euro 2004 (Portugal Vs Greece). Disappointing start of Euro 2004 for Portgual as the lost to Greece 2 to 1, but the way they played... they didn't really deserve a win... honestly.... Lights out at about 2am...
Next morning woke up about 9am, took a quick shower and while packing things for DB, watched abit of spongebob squarepants (really farnie...) When i reach there, as usual, the regular guys is there... Training was hard, we had to paddle all the way to the bridge near esplande (as we are going to race there) in between, we did alot of starts power strokes and maintence... we even time ourselves for the race... and i must say the times are not bad (according to our coach) Anyway...when i finally got back to shore... there is only one word to describe myself... SHAGGED!!! muscles are aching and trying hard to catch my breathe... Managed to get some rest during briefing for the race... Coach is confident we can get someting this year....so i am really keen on this race... heez... anyway after that help they had refreshments for all (100 plus and bread from breadtalk)... And u think my day ends there? YOU ARE WRONG!!! heez... took a cab from kallang all the way back to skool for band practise... took a bath in skool before joining in for practise... (so much better after the bathe) After band, band camp is offically over but a small group stayed back to have a little get together and have some food... but the time we left, its late afternoon... Made a trip down to Suntec with ah siak and xiu xiu to get my sunglasses (finally i got it...!!!=P) decided on the adidas one in the end... tried the oakely one but it didn't look as nice... i even got a discount on that....(save money...heez) after that we went to browse around in suntec... was actually tinking of watching "The Best Bet" but the timing wasn't right, so we drop the idea in the end and we end up having a few games in the arcade instead. After that, we had dinner in the foodcourt and xiu xiu mother came to fetch her... so we hitched a ride to Farrer Park MRT station to catch the NEL home... Got home... do my routine and watched abit of TV before knocking out... Now u understand y it is a tiring weekend...hee =p... oh yah thx ah siak and xiu xiu.... for accompanying me to buy stuff yah....*winkz...
Ok, seems that my weekend is super long liao... so i will "try" to shorten what happen today (heez...cannot blame lah...my life is full of advanture =P)... Today as usual came to work on time, had to shift my com and position again as there is a new ger from TP coming into the company again... anyway... was piled with work as well for the entire day... so haven got much time to gossip with B4, but today conference wasn't much too, only have may, carol and me ,xiu sick...=( anyway, ended up with me and may coz carol had someting else to do... but time files really quickly today.... before i noe it, its already 5 and may left... so i concentrated on doing my work....and finally its done... hahaha... spent abit of time moving tables and all too... so wasted quite abit of time there... now.. looking up stuff online... tink will carry on tml liao.... very tired... tml have to come early for work, going have meeting at 9... haiz.... Suddenly all the stress comes and i feel like i am in skool again...lolx... anyway thats life lah... heez... okok tink u guys have enough to read for the day lah (think this is the longest blog yet)... have to go home liao.... continue blogging tml then... heez... Getting shirt today!!!
Hey there... its Ryan's blogging session again... lolx... paiseh on the lame start.... cannot really think of any other way to start liao... lolx... been enjoying the last couple of days, either work or band, been having lots of laugh and fun for the past few days.
Yesterday, after work, had a couple of beer at the newly opened pub ("chilled") juz down the road from the office with my boss and colleages, and by the time i return it about 730pm, so i grab my bag and rushed for band... Reached there about 815, played a couple of songs... Laoshi gave quite alot of positive feedback on flute section... (so happy...), well done guys!!! proud of u all... the band haven done very badly as well... every section is working very hard for the trip, so proud of them as well... (heez...i sound like a proud parent dun i? *grinz...) Anyway, after band, stayed around for abit longer then usual since they are having a camp, had some dinner, then have a little chit chat with the guys (and gers) and imitating "Ru Hua" which got everyone laughing non stop (including myself)... tinking about it now....its still kinda farnie...=P The one that have the screw loose now i tink is May, she keep laughing... cannot tahan... and when she laugh, it makes me and the rest of B4 laugh as well, its infectious i guess... heez.... but it was great fun lah...lolx... Then the entire gang went to AMK to get stuff and play pool, along the way is more laughter and fun... Then took the last bus back home after that... while they continued their game of pool... reach home took a bathe... and its was lights out and sweet dreams for me man... super tired...
Fought myself off bed again this morning... took a quick cold bathe to wake myself up and got change, pack my bag for dragon boat later on... and head off for work... So looking forward to dragonboating today.... simply because we are going to get the T shirt today!!! wahahaha... my first offical dragonboat shirt....so exciting... lolx... but judging from the work load today, hmm....think might have to wait one more day and collect it tml then...lolx... if that is the case...might go down for band earlier then....heez.... and maybe go for a dip... provided the pool is open... heez... anyway guess thats it lah... pretty busy at work... cannot write much liao... keep u all updated next week then... cheers

Yesterday was my best every band prac yet... didn't really put in 100% effort... but just tried to "feel" the song as i get along and didn't really pressurized myself too much with the notes and i tink i didn't do too bad honestly...=P Everyone seems to be improving after every practise, either in technic or in tone wise, the band is sounding really good comparing to the past, and i really have to give credit to Laoshi, truely "jiang hai shi lao de la" (aka the older the ginger, the more spicy it gets...=P). After band, was collection of the full payment to the trip (there goes my salary...bye bye salary... lolz...) and briefing on camp starting today (which i most likely won't be staying over as i have to work and dragonboat training for the next couple of days). When home after that, walked to the busstop with carol and may(who could stop laughing the entire way), had loads of fun talking and suaning each other... half the time its me and Carol toking and May would juz do the laughing... Anyway, that was band prac lah, got home had dinner then bathe... after that did abit of weights while watching liu xing hua yuan and then its off to bed...
This morning, had to force myself out of bed actually, was feeling super tired, after a short struggle, finally manage to drag myself out of bed, took a cold shower which really woke me up real good... didn't put on contacts today as i feel my eyes are too tired, won't be good for my eyes... and got dressed and off to work i go... heez... Work, the usual stuff and have conference with group B4 *grinz... talk about shopping trips, what to shop about, sales and all... and of course band also... Oh yah, and then there is the "FILA INCIDENT" haha tink you guy other then those in the conference will be confused what that is... if you really wan to know... just ask Carol, she will tell u about it (hor....carol...*smilez) better not go into too much details on that...if not she is going to kill me... heez.. okok side track le... back to blogging... haven got much to do this morning, will be having meeting with my boss later...(hopefully)... Its yet another fine thursday...
Woke up this morning without the aid of my alarm clock (aka my handphone), maybe its because i slept earlier last night. Wake up to a bright sunny morning, hope it stays this way...heez...
As usual, had my dragonboat training yesterday after work (or should i say an entire day of slacking in the office), the water was super dirty and particularly muddy because it rained the entire day yesterday and not to mention... rather cold... row out to the open and met the Canadian boat, and they challenge us for a friendly... and since we are going to meet them in the race anyway... so we thought we give it a shot to test our opponent out... when the call for ready, everyone in our boat wasn't and when they shout go, we sort of stumbled abit... and we slowly picked up our pacing and soon we chased up and even overtake their boat by abit.... we maintain the lead till the end of the race... the sea was rather choppy so i was kinda getting quite abit of water on my face... but we still managed to pull it off... got a sense of achievement after that... 2 areas, 1st...they have 2 more paddlers that we have, and 2nd... we are not even in out full strength yet... heez... Anyway....after that we carried on with our routine (start up and pacing) and also able of technic rowing... Strange enough.....didn't really feel much of a strain throughout the practice (except during the race)... when we reach shore and i stood up, that is when i really feel the energy draining out of my body man.... couldn't even walked straight for awhile... heez... When i finally got myself back after a few sec... helped kept the boat back a before taking my bag and helping myself to a couple of cans of 100 plus (refreshing...) and make my way home for dinner... After dinner... its about 9 so i watched soem chinese show on channel U with my mum as i was waiting for WORLD IDOL at 10... heez... About World Idol yesterday... its seems that simon isn't the only judge that that evil.... there is many more across the world, some are worse... i must say... but i still like simon though... heez... And it seems that competition wasn't really that tough as many didn't really perfrom up to the standard (i was expecting) maybe except for Guy Sebestian, he is the only one i feel perform up to the standard to be an Idol, the German guy got the look but haven got the voice man... (or should i say he chose the wrong song i would say...) Anyway...the night ended off with the Polish ger...which i feel sang terribly, and diana degarmo can do many times better then her... it will continue next week on channel 5 @ 10pm, so dun miss it...hehez...free advertising...
Okok...back to blog.... hmm.....this morning has been rather relaxed.... been told of more task to do...(yipee!!!) for the next couple of days.... hopefully can clear them before going overseas....so no burden lah...heez... After work, there is band... and tml is the start of band camp....will be attending it but not staying for it though... too busy i guess... heez... still finding time to go get my sunglasses..haiz... Anyway, lots of things to do but not much time to do it...heez... so kinda like working and hate it as well... like is because i get to meet all these frens, pass time and earn abit of money, but hate is that i haven got much spare time to do my own stuff... lolx... but well life goes on i guess... heez... can't get the best of 2 worlds... Anyway was looking for a shirt to wear this morning, then i dig out from the bottom of my neatly stacked shirts...My Southern Cross International Festival shirt...so cool man... it bring back alot of memories so i wore it... suprisingly, i can still wear it after all this years... i must really have lost abit of weight... coz the shirt used to be abit tight fit last time now its really loose... heez... donno chould be happy or not...lolx.... Anyway....can't wait for band later on.... one more practise means we are a practise closer to the trip...heez....so exciting...=P tink will drop by Doby Ghaut later to get cloth for carol before going band later since its along the way... heez...if not tml bery mafan... Oh yah.... juz now went for early lunch (earlier the usual that is) and when i walked passed the chicken rice store... the auntie actually called me over.... and seeing that there isn't any queue i decided to have that... making me feel more puzzled, why out of so many pple in that passes the shop everyday, the auntie only remembers me? very strange... its freaking me out...ARGH!!!....heez...okok lah....thats all for now... will blog tml again.... As usual, had my dragonboat training yesterday after work (or should i say an entire day of slacking in the office), the water was super dirty and particularly muddy because it rained the entire day yesterday and not to mention... rather cold... row out to the open and met the Canadian boat, and they challenge us for a friendly... and since we are going to meet them in the race anyway... so we thought we give it a shot to test our opponent out... when the call for ready, everyone in our boat wasn't and when they shout go, we sort of stumbled abit... and we slowly picked up our pacing and soon we chased up and even overtake their boat by abit.... we maintain the lead till the end of the race... the sea was rather choppy so i was kinda getting quite abit of water on my face... but we still managed to pull it off... got a sense of achievement after that... 2 areas, 1st...they have 2 more paddlers that we have, and 2nd... we are not even in out full strength yet... heez... Strange Day!~!~!~
Strang morning today, been having quite anot of people approaching me these few days...especially with member of the opposite gender... wonder is this call "cherry blossoms luck" (tao hua yun in chinese)... hehe...
Anyway it all started yesterday while having lunch with my colleages at Ah Moy market, didn't know what to eat so thought i have chicken rice, walked to the chicken rice store, the auntie looked and me and smile so i smile back... then i looked at the queue and it seem rather long so i decide not to have that and go for my regular dumpling noodles as my stomach was grumbling... Anyway....after finishing our lunch, we were sitting there sipping our tea and having a little chit chat when the chicken rice auntie suddenly walked over asked why didn't i order, so i replied her saying the queue was long so i changed my mind, and she actually apologised to me and ask me to come again before walking away... i was dumbfounded for a moment there and i looked at my colleage and they looked back... then one of them ask if i knew her, and the i say no, in fact it was the first time i met this auntie... then for the rest of the time i became the topic of the day, quite funny when i think of it now... having met this auntie (should be in her late 40's or early 50's) for the first time and she talk to me as though we have known each other for years...Strange...lolx... And that is the first encounter, after work went to band and they the guys this ordeal, and they too laugh at it (thx leh guys...heez)...
As for the 2nd strange encounter, it actually happen this morning, was toking to May on msn this morning when i notice someone have added me to their msn account, so being the blur and innocent me, i juz added without thinking who i was adding...*grinz... Anyway, the person was a teenage ger... and she added me to ask me on how i design my blog... someone i don't know at all, she claim to have got my account from blogger "recent update list" Anyway, i took a look at her current blog (which is not bad) but she wans someting tat look like mine, so i gave her abit of help, i send her a spare template i have and taught her the basics of html, and ask her to figure it out herself... (i mean that is the most i can do....*grinz) Anyway yah... thats wat happened... donno y me when there is so many other pple for her.... haha... still abit confused over it though... Anyway strange lah, first auntie, then teenage ger...haha...wonder whats next...my future gf pehaps...lolx... jk lah... not intending to get one in the near future since i am going to the army soon... Unless love comes looking for me and that is another story lah....heez... Mood slowly better and back to normal liao... juz recieved news about the race in 2 weeks time (finally), will be getting my shirt this weekend (OMG....so exciting...cannot wait man...lolx)... and there is only 3 more training left before the actual things.... really hope we can do well....do come down and help us jia you if free ya...heez... okok enough promotion already... back to blog, been doing pretty much nothing this morning... except surfing the net for some information, chatting and blogging... been quite boring sadly... Alright...guess thats as all i have to blog for the day.... better find someting to do or else i am going to die of bordem real soon.... Over and Out...

Final 4 practise to trip...
Good afternoon everyone!!! its a tuesday another band day... hehe... only realised that i have 4 more practise to go before the trip after looking at the calendar this morning, stressed...
Last night was first sectional session with the Sax, or should i say a masterclass session for May as she was the only one that have turn up for the session... so touched and contented to see that there is still such devoted and willing to learn musician out there. Reach skool about 730pm and she and Zhisheng was the only one in bandroom... started off with some breathing technic and long notes, juz to warm the instrument, after that some tongueing exercise. That took about an hour before actually moving to songs. We started off with Persis (requested by May) and i must say its not and easy song to begin with, anyway we haven cover much of the song yesterday, as we spend quite alot of time on the beginning... (hehe...mainly because i need time to get the timing and notes right...not May's fault...=P) Anyway, spent 1 hr on that song before packing up as it was getting late. though little have been covered, but i have learn lots from this session...heez... Anyway, after packing up, Zhi Sheng made us each a cup of "instant mash potatoe" which tasted really good i must say... heez.... When reach home, bathe, watch abit of tv before knocking out in bed...
Today woke up with the left side of my back feeling very sore (have no idea y, maybe its my slping posture) anyway, got plenty of things to accomplish by today at work... hopefully it can keep me occupied for the rest of the day... haha, after work will be band practise as usual... heez....muz be tinking my life is kinda scheduled right... well....really haven have time to relax..... not till after the races and the trip at least... so currently the 3 this in my life is Work, Band and Dragon Boat... heez... Anyway guess i have nothing much left to blog liao... will be in search of sunglasses soon...(when i have spare time that is...=P) tinking will most likely be getting the adidas one... now is scout for the most affordable place to get it... heez... typical Singaporean lah.. cannot blame...Alright then enjoy the day and will keep u guys updated on my "exciting" life in my blog tml then...heez... Feeling Blue today?
Its yet another Monday morning....start of a brand new week and one more week closer to the trip and to the races!!!
Saturday dragon boat training wasn't the best training i had, didn't really work myself to the fullest, started off as a stroker (people in the front portion of the boat, usually determines the pacing), wasn't really used to it as i am usually placed in the back as i uses more of the strength, anyway, could keep up with the pace, though occasionally didn't lift the paddle high enough, and splashes water into the boat. The water was particularly cold that day, Maybe because it rained earlier in the day, so i felt quite bad everytime after splashing water in the boat... but any i wasn't the only one doing that, i got my fair share of the cold water as well... haha... Anyway, there was alot of "new bird", and they have difficulty catching up with the pace, my hands we so outstretched that i keep knocking on the back of the guy infront of me... think i left a few scars on his back after that...(heez...hope he didn't mind...) Anyway, dun tink i wan to go into details since it wasn't that enjoyable, after training, have the regular Saturday drinking sessions, had a couple of beer before rushing off to wash up and hurried to City Hall MRT Station to meet May and gang for my sunglasses hunting expedition...heez... When we met up its about a quarter to 7, so we kinda wak about... at city link, was shop hopping as we were practically walking digonally going from one shop to another. And when we finally reach suntec, there was and iora sale taking place, which kinda freak the gers out a little (heez...=P) May managed to get a pair of black pants for band performance, quite nice actually... after that, more window shopping along the way till we reached YES (Your Eyewear Specialist), There were plenty of sunglasses but 2 in particularly that passed the judgement from the "Panel of judges" is an Oakely one and an Adidas one... so have been tinking for awhile which pair i should get as its not a small investment for me...(heez...) and i really want a good and nice looking pair...Anyway, we went to makan at the food court as everyone is on budget terms...heez... After that is about 9 plus and all the shops were either closed or closing, so we made a short trip to carrafour as Sherine need to get some bread back home for her family, so we kinda look around in carrafour and made a fool of myself demostrating how to perform CPR on a stuff toy (no mouth to mouth of course) lolx... was really funny... and really fun too =P After all the crapy fun, we slowly made our way back to the train station to go home, didn't really made alot of progress (for my sunglasses that is), the trip is more of shopping as it seems but i enjoyed it anyway... hehe...nothing like an outing with a good bunch of friends...lolz... Anyway, got to the train station, the train line from novena and toa payoh have been disrupted, and May have to take NEL with us and take a cab from there, its was her first time on NEL, could tell she is really excited for her many facial expression...haha... And that is how the day ends off lah...
Sunday morning was alright, decided not to go for dragon boat training as it was at 930 and i badly needed abit of rest, my dreams of sleeping in was actually broken, as one of my Malay neighbours is having a wedding at the void deck, so it kinda woke me up with all that loud music... Anyway, was really bored at home so when to Hougang gym for a 2 hours workout... alot of pple as it was a Sunday but still manage to complete a decent workout...heez... Afterwhich, got to hougang mall for a little walk with my fren Dennes (who was suppose to join me in gym but felt to inferior because of his size and changed his mind) and had dinner before heading home at about 730, in time to catch Harry Potter... heez...still such a nice show even after watching it many times, (in the movies as well as on DVD), can't wait too catch the lasted edition of it though...was suppose to be today but no one can make it so its cancelled to some other time... The rest of my Sundays is basically watching TV and surfing the net i guess... heez...
As for today, we have a new staff in the company, name is Susan, NTU grad, another Uni grad haiz...lolx... anyway had to set up her computer for her and install all the software for her as well, more fortunate as compared to me, when i first enter the company i have to do all of that myself...haha, but anyway...its done...lolx...erm....working on some paperwork, juz got brief that there might be a big task coming up for the next couple of weeks, meaning will be a rather busy 2 weeks before the trip, hahaha time to take out my stress relieve kit again as i can predict a stressful next couple of weeks liao...hahaha... Anyway, guess better go and finish my work on hand first....before its starts piling up... thats all i have for u guys today, after work will be sectional, heez...good way to destress... anyway....cheers to all and lotsa love to everyone...

Another Day closer to Aussie trip...and the RACES!!!
A wet Saturday morning... think it rain through the night but i was so sound asleep i haven't feel anything, Anyway, still recovering from "depression" *grinz... though the progress is slow, but i am getting there...
Yesterday's mission was fun... walking alone in town, looking at people and did abit of window shopping, no to mention look for a dream pair of sunglasses i can buy...heez... saw the sunglasses that i have been eyeing for awhile, but it cost $325, too steep, there isn't many sunglasses that i lay my eyes one yesterday (most of them are either too ex, or not of my liking), guess i am picky and have real expensive taste i guess... haha... Besides that, when to HMV to check out LOTR DVD, it seems that they haven release the limited edition version, so guess i will have to delay my plans on buying the dvd. I love to window shop but its always adds up to my shopping list after that, yesterday saw an Australian Rugby team jersey and i have the urge to buy... that is another thing on my "things to buy" list again i guess... So currently things on my shopping list includes:-
1) Sunglasses (still scouting)
2) Lord of the Ring: Return of the King DVD
3) Aussie Rugby Team jersey
4) Handphone: Sumsung 430 (pending)
heez....that is going to burn a big hole in my pocket...but well, think the urge will slowly die off and I can remove it from my list..(i hope)...heez... Anyway, got home about 10 yesterday, waited for Sherine to knock off work, then went home together, haha she wasn't as siao as the last time we went home together (fortunately), Maybe its because she was so busy on the phone on the way home...haha, anyway, it was fun lah, great way to end off the day yesterday... heez, shopping can really make a person destress, now i know y gers shop alot...hehez....
Okok.....as for today, will be on another mission in search of my sunglasses... but this time not in Orchard, but at Suntec city... heez... will be doing that only after Dragonboat training... meeting up with the New Charlies Angels (May, Sherine, and Xiu Xiu) as they assist me in my quest... Yesterday's mission was fun... walking alone in town, looking at people and did abit of window shopping, no to mention look for a dream pair of sunglasses i can buy...heez... saw the sunglasses that i have been eyeing for awhile, but it cost $325, too steep, there isn't many sunglasses that i lay my eyes one yesterday (most of them are either too ex, or not of my liking), guess i am picky and have real expensive taste i guess... haha... Besides that, when to HMV to check out LOTR DVD, it seems that they haven release the limited edition version, so guess i will have to delay my plans on buying the dvd. I love to window shop but its always adds up to my shopping list after that, yesterday saw an Australian Rugby team jersey and i have the urge to buy... that is another thing on my "things to buy" list again i guess... So currently things on my shopping list includes:-
1) Sunglasses (still scouting)
2) Lord of the Ring: Return of the King DVD
3) Aussie Rugby Team jersey
4) Handphone: Sumsung 430 (pending)
heez....that is going to burn a big hole in my pocket...but well, think the urge will slowly die off and I can remove it from my list..(i hope)...heez... Anyway, got home about 10 yesterday, waited for Sherine to knock off work, then went home together, haha she wasn't as siao as the last time we went home together (fortunately), Maybe its because she was so busy on the phone on the way home...haha, anyway, it was fun lah, great way to end off the day yesterday... heez, shopping can really make a person destress, now i know y gers shop alot...hehez....
Okok.....as for today, will be on another mission in search of my sunglasses... but this time not in Orchard, but at Suntec city... heez... will be doing that only after Dragonboat training... meeting up with the New Charlies Angels (May, Sherine, and Xiu Xiu) as they assist me in my quest... Friday...
Donno what have been getting into me lately, have been really tired lately, and though i slp, i am always having all this strange dreams... izzit trying to tell me that my age is catching up....or have stress taken over my life...i wonder...
17 days left to the trip... feeling excited and pressurized at the same time...as i haven't reach the peak of my practise yet... yesterday's practise was a disaster for me... couldn't get the tone of sound i wanted for the entire night... really gets abit pissed with myself sometimes... Standard seems to be getting lower as each year gets by... Maybe should consider early retirement from the music scene liao...After the trip perhaps... Meanwhile guess have to do the best i can lah...
Today, got into office as usual... work work work... haha, tink u guys read about me blogging about work also sian liao right...lolx...Always...thats life for a typical working adult in Singapore lah... Okok...After work will be on a mission to look for sunglasses again...lolx... the one i dream about can onli remain as a dream till i get abit older and more finanically able...lolx... Meanwhile, juz need to get a one for sport use...=P and tommorrow is cjc concert....got a mixed feeling of whether i should go or not, feeling like going to meet up with old frens... but at the same time dun feel like missing dragon boat training as the race are drawing close as well...haiz...fan man... Anyway... guess thats all today lah... dun really have mood to blog actually...but wat the heck....juz blog anyway.... U guys have a wonderful weekend and hope things goes well lah...(for me at least...*smilez)

Holidays over, Back to work...
Yawnz.....lazy thurday morning....almost couldn't wake up in time for work, must be too tired from yesterday's training and outing...(or i am just getting old...=P)...Anyway, got a sore back and a couple of sore fingers, hopefully it will be better as the day passes...
Yesterday, when out with my sec skool mates... watch movie, caught "The day after tommorow" AGAIN...lolz... they wanted to watch it so i tot i join them lah...since so long never meet up liao... anyway after the show went walk walk around far east and other parts of town. Saw my dream sunglasses, but after looking at the price, my heart dropped...i cost about 500+ (haha...guess there goes my dream then...lolx) After that, continues wondering about town for awhile... then went to have dinner at a food court... Then, one of my fren have other plans so he left and since everyone else was tired as well....so we went home in the end (sound quite boring day right, well didn't actually have the mood to go out yesterday, but went anyway as we haven met for a long time =P). Got home, bath, rest for awhile and studied abit of score before going to bed... it was a knockout man... slept immediately after lying down...haven slp so well in a long while...
This moring, office is as usual, working on wat i have left on tuesday, hoping to keep busy till the end of the day (time passes quicker if u have things to do =P). After work there is band, hopefully the same thing doesn't happen... and i can enjoy band pract again....heez.... Anyway...haven got much plans for the day other then band prac... so guess thats all i have to blog for the day... Back to work....Ciaoz....

Vesak day!!!
Its a holiday today, dun have to work but still got up early to go for dragon boat practise. As i am getting use to the pace of things, rowing have become more smooth...=p
Anyway, yesterday after work got to band at about 730, wasn't really feeling 100%, as i was feeling abit tight at the chest, like what i experienced a couple of months back when my lungs collapsed. Anyway, played all the pieces as best as i can... and stop for long whiles to rest. (got really worried coz if my lung collapse i won't be able to go overseas). Everyting wasn't really going welll yesterday at band prac, i am not sure i am the onli one hearing things or the band (or at least my section) wasn't really in tune. But i mean after band, kinda slack around and wait for jac to make annoucement with regards to the trip, and did some "admin" stuff. After that,we went to AMK for dinner, and that is like 10... With the tightness around the chest reducing, i am sort of less worried and everyting was back to normal. heez... Anyway, after dinner, it was close to 12mn so me, Zhong Xi and Peiling shared a cab home. Got home, took a bathe, and watch guessX3, at the same time, studied scores on songs we are to be playing for the trip. and after that went straight to bed...

Another Band Tuesday!!!
A bright sunny day....what better way to start the day then this...reach the office, bought breakfast from the kopitiam nearby to i can have them in the office... heez...
Anyway, yesterday passed really quickly, before i know it, its already time to go. Had to rush after Raffles Place to Causeway Point to catch the movie "The Day After Tommorrow" with my bandmates (May, Sherine, Karen, Xiu Xiu, Sasa, Zhongxi, Meiting and Jaceline). When i reach, i was like 10 mins late, but luckly haven missed much of the show... as we were sitting at the fouth row from the screen, it kinda strained my back and neck quite abit and after the show i had quite a back and neck ache (which i recovered from after abit of stretching). Overall, the show was very nice, learn alot from the show and have learn to care more for mother nature too.....and not to mess with the force of nature as it is not a force to mess with man... *grinz... okok better not go into details juz incase some of u haven watch the show yet...won't wan to spoil the fun...heez...After that, went home straight as i have work the next day... really fun to be out with them.......funny group of pple...lolx... Next will be Harry Potter arh....heez...=P
Alright...now for today, working on watever that is on my schedule... and multi tasking between blogging, work and msn...heez... not much to do today, so trying to slow my pace of work so that i won't finish it at one go and have nothing left to do after lunch... heez, well Band pract after work...so looking forward to it man...lolx... best way to relax after work (other then exercising and Dragon boating)... Anyway...really haven got much to blog today, so guess i will end here lah... Love u guys, and thx for supporting this blog....lolx

Monday blues....NAH!~!~!
Heya!!! Busy Monday morning, came to work, then was looking at some work left last week, and Wayne (my big boss) walked in saying that we have to do someting with the connection of our network cable, so was basically spend 2 hours on setting it up... now the place is rather messy with pieces of wires lying around... heez...but ITS DONE!!! *grinz
Had a wonderful weekend,my Graduation Dinner and Dance 2004 was on saturday, held it at Meritius Mandrine Hotel (the one beside Cineleisure), finished work about 2:15 that day and went home straight after that to prepare. Got home about close to 3, bath and get change to my "prom clothes". After that, went to look for Angela, Xinyan and Meiqi at Paragon where they have their makeup and hair done. For once, i have to say, makeup can work wonders, transform the 3 of them from ordinary gers to beauties man... haha, now i noe why gers can spend hours juz for makeup, and they too did took hours (2+ hours to be exact). Anyway, after that long wait, u juz cross the street to the hotel, and waited for the rest, a few guys and more gers, heez... anyway while waiting , got to see lotsa hot babes and hunks, its like the Oscars but not that grand, most of them are dress so nicely (especially the gers)...We also took quite a few pics (while waiting) and when everyone is present, we proceed to the "ballroom". its not a realy big ballroom, but the place was full of pple, tink there is 40 odd 50 tables that night, and all seats are taken. As the theme for the D&D is "through the years", there were entertainers(and dancers) that represented the different centuries(60's,70's, 80's 90's) coming out at different timing entertaining us. And we even have a drag queen (aka guy in woman clothes) as our host for the evening, "she" is funny, "her" jokes and action had everyone laughing non stop. Beside that, there were also game that kept everyone enjoying themselve through the night. The night finally end off with disco dancing, which i haven got myself involved in. Instead, we end up taking picture outside the ballroom. Borrowed a digital camera from Angelina, but sadly, the batteries didn't last and died off like halfway through the "photo session", had no choice but to use my frens camera (photos should be up as soon as i got them from the others). Anyway after that, its close to 1 am in the morning, and everyone was either going to have fun elsewhere or going home. I decided to go home as i have Dragon Boat practise the next day, same for XY and angela as they where pretty much shagged after that night of fun. Melvin(Xy and angela's fren) happen to be nearby, so we hitched a ride back home on is BMW (heez...shiok *grinz)... And that is how my Dinner and Dance went... enjoyed it very much.
On sunday, woke up about 9:15 in the morning, wash up, took a bath and when for Dragon Boat training, There were about 14 people (including me) that day, and Yong (our coach) was not really happy with the attandance as the races is closing in. Anyway, we did out warm up and went for our training... Yong then told us that some of the best teams in Singapore are out that day and we are going to have a friendly race with them. There where 2 boats from NUS and one from SAF (known as the Great White Shark). All of them look fit and strong man...(scary). Anyway, we had a couple of laps with them, first race we end 2nd behind SAF team, and 2nd race juz against the 2 nus team we came first, though everyone is rather please with the result, I wasn't really sure if the nus guys put in 100% so i wasn't overjoyed that we have won though, (no doubt i a happy)... After that, we when on individual training, focusing more on cardio and stamina training. After training, majority of us were drained out, we kept the boat and all went off after that, grab a drink from Mac and then got home and spend the rest of the day at home (didn't feel like going out as it was raining heavily and my back is giving me problem after the training)
Alright, that is my weekend... As for today, been pretty busy the entire morning, setting up networks and stuff. Anyway, by lunchtime was send on a mission to Sim Lim Square to get network cable for the company...Got there, went to grab a bite first before starting to scout for the cables. By the time i got back, it wat 3 plus, almost half the day is over...*grinz... Anyway, currently other than blogging, i am looking at some work stuff. After work, going to watch "The Day After Tommorrow" with my band frens at Causeway point... then tink after that should be going home for dinner then if it is not too late, might be going for a run... won't wan to stop on my training...hehez...
