New Year Resolution...

It's the eve for New Years Eve, and 2011 is approaching. I guessed I have said this a million times so I guess another time won't make much of a difference...TIME FLEW BY for 2010, literally, this year felt really really short for some reason. Nevertheless, I feel I deserve a pat on the back for all I have achieved for this year in terms of sports. I managed to complete what I set out to do, which is to complete as many races as possible, the breaking of many personal best was a bonus for me. +)

As for the other resolutions I set myself out to do... well lets just say they didn't really worked out the way I wish it to be. I have yet to achieve my 6 pack which I have been trying to get for the longest time. Guess 2011 will be the year!!! muahaha Looking back, I am thankful to everyone and everything that happened around me, a year full of more ups than downs I must say. I got to know and made lots of new and fun friends though the many events that happened. Without their help, my events would not have ran as smoothly as it could have been. I thank them from the bottom of my heart, I would love to list them all out but I will definitely end up with a super huge list, so I guess not, but I guess you know who you are, and I truly thank you. Thank you for standing by me during down moments, and sharing all the endless hours of sorrows that I pour. Thank you for keeping my company for outings, so that I don't have to be alone for the year. Thank you for all the laughs and joy brought to me this year. Thank you for take photos with me. Thank you guys (and girls)

To all those that have backstab me, cheat me, hurt me, and did mean things to me. I thank you, as you teach me not to take things for granted and life is never a bed of roses and even such a beautiful flower has thorns. My heart bled but has it healed, wisdoms grows, and experience gain. Thanks for teaching me that things ain't always as it seems and trust and respect should only be given to those that deserves them.

Now for 2011, what do I wish to achieve.... hmm in the past when people ask me what my resolution was, I will tell them a whole lot of dreams that I will think never is going to happen. ever since my life started to change when one finally did (which is to lose the weight) I decided to be more determined and set goals and work towards them. So from someone that does not really believe in Resolutions, I became one that truely believe if you work towards them, it does happen!!! But of course it has to be realistic to begin with.

Okok enough said... here it goes...For the year 2011, my resolutions are:
Priority and renewed yearly: Good health and happiness to everyone around me
1) To excel in my coming 3 years (for those who knows what I am talking about)
2) To challenge myself to attaining the 6 packs I set myself out to get ages ago, if so will definitely do a photoshoot to "preserve" the glory
3) To commit and excel in my sports and up my level of fitness
4) Move from runs to multi level events like Triathlons and Dualthlons
5) To explore more of Singapore on my 2 wheels.
6) Save up for Lasik Surgery

That would be all for now... something tells me 2011 will be an exciting year for me. So as I leave 2010 with fond memories.... I look forward to 2011 and more!!!

Cherish 2010 as it last and have a fantastic 2011 everyone!!!
