FRIDAY AGAIN!~!~!

Good day Mateys (with the aussie slang accent...=p) its a nice day isn't it... maybe its juz that i haven had a good friday last week, so today feeling exceptionally happy...

Yesterday, band prac as usual... enjoyed every bit of it... though abit crowded and noisy at time... i finally saw effort my section is putting in... though we have not had any sectionals, but indvidually, i could tell every single one of them have put in effort to the songs and tried... So i guess there is nothing i have to worry about i guess and leave it to their capable hands (can fan xing leave the band liao)... heez... From all lao shi's lectures, i could tell that he really cares for the band as all his words are like word from a father to his children (and we are his children), i am not sure if everyone gets that feeling, but i certainly did and will keep every single bit of it in mind, as every word by lao shi is a "lesson of life" to me... okok enough on that... after band... Ivan came with dao bao siao bao of goodies he brought back from Malaysia for the band (thx Ivan...) so everyone sort of have a "mini party" in band... heez... after that walk left band, walked for herbert (who came to fetch me after band -> thx bert), he borrowed my tennis racket from me, that explains y he came to fetch me... coz he was nearby.. but anyway, who would resist a free ride home (I know i won't =P). Got home, past him the racket and some "things", then when he left, had my dinner (Fried rice) and took my showers. was planning to slp early but ended up watching "Xiao Qian" the cartoon version on channel 8 till close to 1am, (the doggie in the show is dame cute and farnie!!! heez...) Didn't finish the show though... my eye lids was out of control and could't be kept open no long so i hit the sack... its wasn't my first time watching the movie so i can still remember portion of the movie, so it doesn't matter if i didn't finish it... heez..

This morning... almost overslept again, but lucky only by 5 mins or so... did everyting pretty smoothly and quickly today got to work early man (then usual that is)... Been pretty packed the entire morning, doing alot of "work" heez... now working on some things that is due by today, have the entire day to do so taking my time to do it... heez... eh... after work, still empty, nothing to do... no one jio/ haven jio anyone to go out... haiz... will be boring again... will plan later to see wat i can do lah.... maybe catch a movie??? do some window shopping??? who knows... haha... ok lah.... guess thats all i have for today.... can't wait for tml dragonboat training, been awhile since we train (coz it was postpone last week) so can't wait...hahaha, anyway that all for today.. have a wonderful day ahead then... Ciaoz...

Clear day

Good Afternoon pple!!! was busy for the entire morning... finally found some time to blog now so much make good use of it... heez...

Yesterday after work, met one friend (haven met for awhile) for dinner, talked alot over dinner and found out loads of things from her... some i already knew whereas some... i haven even dreamed of... Could say it was an "educational" dinner last night, as i have been "enlighten" about alot of things... heez... and also understood alot of things... anyway, its was one of the most enjoyable dinner i had... thoughout dinner, we laugh at each other's jokes and more chit chat and gossips... without knowing it, its was 8 plus close to 9 liao... haha... so we left the restaurant and head by the river (singapore river that is) sat by the bay and more talk... was truely and enjoyable evening i must say.... heez... after that, was off home, at about 10 plus, didn't want to go home too late, have work the next day...(both of us) heez... Reach home, took a bathe and enjoy some mangos before washing up and go to bed...

This morning... almost didn't feel like waking up to go to work, it was raining outside... and with the air con... made my room a sleeping paradise... but pull myself out of dreamland in the end... got a shower, packed my stuff and off to work... At workplace, was piled with work for the entire morning...strangly enough, no one actually called for lunch no more... (maybe because Kam is not around... so its not very united no more) Anyway, was so busy that i became the last one to go for lunch, (went at close to 3 heez...) finish lunch, back to more work... haiz... really sian liao man... really hope the day can end sooner so that i can go band and destress liao... haiz.... think thats its for the day liao lah... If can remember anyting else i left out will include in tomolo's blog....

Today is wednesday

HILO pple... rather "busy" morning i had... so only can blog now... duo duo bao han arh... heez.. Anyway, the day have been smooth for me today, hopefully it will be smooth throughout lah...

Yesterday went to band prac... was very fun... enjoy the entire session... one is that we get to try new pieces, another is that i got to use Altus...lolx... seems like the reason for every happy practise right... anyway, Mr. lUk have transform back to his normal self, the strict lao shi that used to take rgs... actually perfered him this way rather then the last time, at least "slackers" in band would now wake up and put more effort into playing and practising... Every section got a piece for lecture from laoshi yesterday (including mine) and from the looks of everyone faces, i could see signs of stress that i have not seen before in band... was really good... During the break, ate my dinner... hee got May they all to da bao for me... (thx arh gers!!!) though the portion was small its was really filling... heez....after that was more practise and "lecture" by lao shi... heez.... but really feel the urgency from the band. like the feeling... its like the seriousness before we perform in sydney opera house... Anyway, band ended about 10 last night... after that, walk out with the "usual" bunch of pple... except this time around may was with us... and so is irene....she finally walked back with us... heez... we were siao as ever lah... lolx... sang along the way to the bus stop...everyone was like looking at us... heez... but anyway... after that go our separate ways (may they all head to the train station and me head off to the bus stop) got home, bathe, watch tv, lift abit of weight then off to bed it is...

Today, been busy the whole day.... multi tasking that is... had dumpling noodles for lunch today... then after lunch, went on a little company "excursion" to our new office... a nice place... big as well man... really cool... after that is bac to office for more work... heez... After work... meeting a fren for dinner, so asked mummy not to cook... mummy's leg also not bery good... tink she sprain it a few days ago, seen a doc liao... so dun wan to work her work herself out too much... hmm... okok better get back to work if i wan to leave on time.. heez.. blog tml then... cya....

Rainy weather for a sunny day

Zao an everyone... was juz about to say wat a wonderful weather it is today when God decides to "turn on his tap" and start to rain cats and dogs... lolx...

Yesterday, knocked off work at about 7, was suppose to leave earlier as i was suppose to catched the 7 o'clock slot for the movie "Sisters" with the xiao liang kou, Xiu xiu and zhong xi... but there was a change of plan and we watch "Mean Girls" instead. Was a nice movie, really typical american bimbos found on the show... seen lotsa reviews from my frens who have watched it and they claimed that guys doesn't like this movie... i kinda enjoyed it actually... quite farnie i would say... Before the movie, since we have abit of time, we went for dinner at suntec before heading to the movie... after dinner, they played a weird game called "Black Magic" got to know how the game is played but haven really solve the mystery yet... heez... can't really be bothered actually... heez... In the movie, had popcorn and a drink... xiu muz be the luckiest ger last night... cause she was sitting in the middle of the both of use.... holding the popcorn and having us feed her popcorn and drinks occasionally... (hor xiu...*winkz...) well after the show its was already close to 11, so we made out way slowly to the train station... along the way... more chats and laughter... though i feel like a dian deng pao....but i still try to act ok and blend it....lolx.... juz kidding lah... but i mean was really fun lah... got home at about 11:30, then ate a few bananas (6 to be specific, those really small ones) haha, then bathe, lift some weight while watching shi zhi lu kuo... then was off to bed... a rather fruitful day spent i must say....

Today... well nothing much happening today... just that the rain have just stop... but looking at the clouds... this rain won't stop for long... heez... anyway its "GIODANO DAY!!!" you guys must be looking blur now right.... well its actually a day where me and some of my frens all wear giodano tops... lolx... cute right... anyway.. ahem... juz have less then a month to feng liao... after that in army, want to feng also no chance liao... =p just hope that the people i noe just fren me from my siao attitude coz that will be rather sad man... heez...will be having band tonite... looking forward to it... donno y (so dun ask...) maybe for the flute? or for my frens? juz looking forward to it lah... heez... as for work today... it been running smmoth and everything is on sechedule... actually working faster then schedule actually.....so have to slow down my pace of working (by blogging and slacking occasionally....heez) Anyway... yah thinks that the plan for the day lah....tml will be another day... so that will be a new chapter then... MONDAY

Bonjour pple... beautiful day isn't it... hahahah just hope it stays this way the entire day... getting sick of raining days liao...

Well my Saturday was good... when to B&Bs for a little drink after work and watched rugby with david and wayne (directors of my company). Its a big match, All blacks Vs the Wallabies... there were supporters from both sides there... Wallabies was really not performing up to standard (as compared to rugby world cup 2003) so through the entire match, All Blacks was practically dominating the attacks, with the wallabie doing all the defending (and they are excellent with it... if not the ending would have been worse)... Anyway... the match ended of with the All Blacks beating Wallabie 16 - 7... disappointing but will great match... After that, about 5 plus close to 6, slowly make my way from there to Victoria Concert Hall...when i reach, was still quite early so went accross the road to the river and sat by the river while waiting for herbert and huiting (who is joining me for the concert)... its was rather buzzling with life, and lots of couple there as well... heez... actually felt lonely for once... haha, anyway stayed for awhile before walking away... stop by a motorcycle selling ice cream and rewarded myself with a chocolate ice cream...then slowly pace back to the concert hall... Again, waitied awhile before getting seated and ready for the concert... Herbert and huiting got caught in the jam so they were abit late and missed the first piece... Anyway the concert was enjoyable... rather short (considering it ended at 9) but was enjoyable and they had a couple of pieces featuring the tubas as the soloist... it was superb... Saw alot of familiar face, people from SWO, used to be in SWO and even members of bands that i used to guest play for.... its was enjoyable, coz it was like a little get together... After concert... waited for selina to pack up so had a liitle chat with the band pple that i know, like hui fen, vincent, and desmond too... (who had to rush off as he have a flight to catch)... After that, headed off to Changi Village to have dinner... (more like supper cause by the time we reach there was like 11 plus...=p) Anyway... the place was pretty packed man... really "people mountain, people sea" (ren shan ren hai in chinese)... wanted to have the famous nasi lemak but it wasn't open, so we tried the nasi lemak from another store instead, was not bad either... besides that, we had other local delights as well... and as usual had teh terak... power man the teh tarek there... heez... When everyone was all filled up... its was slightly over midnight if i can remember correctly, and everyone is still not ready to go back as we are too full, so we went to the airport to roam around... stayed till about 2 plus chit chatting the night away and looking at the planes as well (which reminds me of my trip to Aussie...haiz...) after that got home safely... took a quick shower before heading to bed...

Woke up at 11 sharp on Sunday... house was empty (dad was off to work and mum was off to malacca with her "senior citizen club" *grinz). Rotted my day away... the only meaningful thing that i did i guess was practising my flute i guess... *smiles... haven had anytime to practise since when i was in skool...and that is ages ago... read through close to all the song that i played before... was rather fun... other than that was practically sitting in front of the TV the entire day man... BORING.... lolx... by the time i finish my practise, my dad was back from work (tink was 6 plus in the evening, cannot believe i have been practising for 7 hours... with breaks in between of course... heez...) Dad got me fried rice for dinner, so i have my dinner and watch more tv... the charity show on channel 8, dad went to bed rather early yesterday, coz he drove my mum to the meeting area in the morning at about 4am... Then my mum only return at about 9 plus, could tell she was rather tired... we only talked for awhile before she took bath and goes straight to bed. As for me, was more TV before heading to bed... was truely a sunday wasted man... heez... hopefully there is no more of that...

Today... hot and sunny afternoon man... can feel sweat flowing down my back when i was walking to work this morning and while having lunch juz now.... its is that hot... anyway... had my fish soup juz now... and tang yuan after that... so is rather full now... hee guess enough to last me till tonight... anyway... going to catch SISTERS later after work... most likely with zhong xi and xiu xiu... (haiz going to be dian deng pao again... lolx... jk). Meanwhile, still doing my stuff and also slacking and trying to look "busy" as usual... haha better not let my boss sees this... anyway...seriously have work to do so dun really have to act lah...heex... Anyway....guess thats all i have then... going back to work liao... sian but work still have to be done lah... heez... BUAI!~!~!~

Saturaday again...another week have passed and "my time is almost up" as NS starts to creep closer and closer...

Yesterday is one of the worse days in my entire life man... the "mixed feelings" within me was taking over me, felt my heart was so pressurized, there wasn't any happy feeling in me at all, juz like a Dementor (charactor in Harry Potter 3) have such out all the happiness in my body man... spoiled my entire day... tink xiu and may would know coz i have been talking to them on msn... thx gers... for keeping me company and through that "dark ages"... heez... will remember it... writing about it actually make me moody again...so i better not get into details about it then... Till now, still do not have any idea wat is making me feel this way man... haiz... But anyway... my plan for a lonely drinking session at esplande didn't come true in the end, coz juz before i knocked off work, my "biao jie" msg me asking me if i wanted to join them for sushi... and since i haven met them for a long time i decided to join them... when i reach there, sat down and started eating.... wasn't feeling really hungry but once the sushi got in my mouth, i couldn't stop eating for the next hour... was really filling.... but it was not all eating though, we also chit chat quite abit, finding out how they are doing and all... and they seem rather well (considering the fact that they have been slacking for awhile) heez... after that, foot the bill (my treat since we haven met for so long) and went down town to walk walk.....went to get some voucher from jia lin's frens before heading to C&K (Charles and Keith) to do some "sandles shopping" heez... gave some of my precious advise as well... heez... after that, we made out way back home coz biao jie didn't want to get home too late and i have to work the next day.... its was a short, yet sweet and memorable outing lor.... at least kept my mind off those unhappy times for awhile... heez... got home...had a banana... then was told by my mum she bought cherries... really big ones man... very yummy... mum say 1/2kg $10 man.... good stuff heez.... after that watch some tv before heading to bed.... was still moody but more subsided...

As for today, feeling so much better then yesterday, but the mixed feelings is still somewhat lingering in my heart... heez... donno y also... tink more of this i might need to see a psychologist soon if this continues... But anyway...its a saturaday, usually would be telling about training later on... but not today coz.... training have been CANCELLED!!! haha... rather sad actually but it ok lah... there is always next week... However, will be catching rugby at a pub later on with my bosses... Australia Vs New Zealand this is going to be a good one... should be staying till about 6 plus before making my way to vch for SWO (Sebawang Wind Orchestra) concert... which starts of at about 7... and that will pretty much cover my entire day... heez... No plans on sunday yet.... will have to plan again... will include the activities i have on monday then... heez.... that all for the day folks.... take care and enjoy the weekends...

Not looking forward to the weekend for the first time

SIAN ARH!~!~! that is how i am feeling right now.... don't know why i am feeling this way too (so don't bother asking...) juz feeling alot of mixed feelings and my heart is very "heavy" and troubled...

Yesterday band prac was alright, alot of year one as usual... played a couple of pieces with them before they called it a day for year ones...  Shi jia didn't come last night... donno why... but got to use Altus for the entire practise... so good.... the sound is so bright... juz wonderful man... heez...Fantasy Variation is finally showing some improvement, and with more committed practise, i believe we can definately play it... had a short "recording" yesterday on a few pieces, think its for a musical for the skool.... didn't sound really good except maybe for "Can't take my eyes off you" but couldn't care less actually... heez... Sherine was totally stressed out yesterday, due to many factors, and i dun really blame her coz i have passed that phrase before... was told its her mummy's birthday yesterday, and she still comes for band... really committed i would have to say *respect... After band, made my way out of the skool with the regular group, had out laughs and all, on the bus, met a year one by the name of Feng Cheng... not bad... had abit of chat on the way back... abit shy though (both of us), maybe juz because we donno each other well enough yet... got home had dinner and watch "Metor Showers" on tv...(since it was last episode) and it was off to bed...

That is yesterday.... as for today.... can see it rather sian and i am feeling pretty moody at the moment... maybe its juz the weather... been raining for the past feel days. Needless to say... its raining now... haiz.... donno what is making me feel this way leh... sometimes its really good to know tink about anyting.... thats y i always look forward to going to bed, coz that is the time when i cast everytime behind me and allow my brain to rest for awhile man... haiz.... okok shall not carry on.... dun wan to affect the mood of those hu reads my blog also... heez... Today haven have any plan as yet... still tinking of wat i can do after work... if there is really no plan, was actually tinking of getting half a dozen of beer and have a little drink over at esplande bay... haha... that is if the weather allows me to do so that is... heez... alright then... guess thats all i have for the day then... sorry if its abit short... but juz not in the mood to blog today... As the weekend creeps closer...

Good day everyone !~!~! first time coming to work in a rainy weather man (if i can recall correctly)... someting new for me... heez...

Yesterday was a rather long day for me man, stayed back (for OT) and work till about half pass 7... had to settle some "un-finish business" at work... heez.. after that, rush off to the MRT station heading to lavendar station to meet herbert, as he is picking me up there to the airport welcome howard (fren from hong kong), it was drizzling when i left the office and by the time i reach lavendar, it was raining cats and dogs (elephants even), it was pouring so heavily that standing out for 10 sec will get u totally drenched to the skin....lucky i had shelter all the way... When herbert arrived, we dashed off to the airport... had to keep a constant speed as the rain is making it hard to maintain clear vision on the road. Reach airport about 8:45 (flight landed at about 8:48Pm) so we sort of waited around the arrival hall keeping a look out on any familiar faces... i was pretty anxious about meeting him as it been 4 - 5 years since we last met... then after many anxious moment... i finally saw him... he have grown very long hair and turn very skinny... almost couldn't believe wat i am seeing man... he had a weird dressing as well... (which i shall not go into details but would say its farnie =P). Gave him a hug when he finally step out from custom, and all i can feel is his bones... haha maybe because he have become a vegetarian which cause him to be that skinny... but i mean he is still abit "siao" like in the past... Was tinking of giving him a lift... but it so happen that his mother was there to fetch him... so we kinda let him spend some time with his family instead...Oh yah... he got Bailey's (a type of irish cream alcohol) for me!!! yipee, asked him to get it for me actually... Thx alot Howard... anyway, parted with them after that... feel abit bad actually, coz its make me feel like we went to get him juz because of the bailey's... its is not ok, juz to clarify, i really meant to go welcome him... Anyway, its always nice to see a fren that i haven met for a long time... will be catching up soon i hope... After that, went to have the famous nasi lemak at changi village ( its good to have a car...heez =P), its really live up to it name man... though the serving was rather little (considering my size) and it cost $3.50 (add otah), its was worth every cent of it man... there was ikan bilis, one large chicken wing, and one egg, and a superb chilli man... enjoyed every grain of the rice... haha okok making my mouth water liao... when we are finished i had a teh tarek (herbert had sugarcane) and we make out way home as it was getting abit late... along the way home, we make a stop juz to take a look at airplanes taking off and landing... but sadly we didn't manage to see any (maybe bad timing i guess...) After that, herbert drove me back before heading home (thx Bert)... When i got home, had abit of dinner (mum have cooked and its not nice not have any... and beside the nasi lemak is not filling) before taking a bathe... and rest awhile (letting my food digest abit) before heading to bed...

Today, overslept for the first time... looked at the time on my phone, and its shows 8:45, jumped out of bed and rush everything else after that, and managed to get to work on my usual time (heez..lucky)... the started working on the usual... today someting big happened in the office man... Kam (my manager) have got himself a haircut... and its a mohawk man....rockz... that is not the shocking part... the shocking part is.... the hairdresser is actually David (one of the director of the company)... so cool right... hahaha they now looking for the next target so i have to keep a low profile haha... anyway...juz great man... POWER!!! haha really made my day....heez...will post a pic of his new hairstyle as soon as i got the picture yah *winkz... other than that, hmm looking forward to band today... though no Altus flute to use... but still looking forward to it... heez... Oh yah, there is a new movie in town that is a must watch if u are a band member... its a Thai horror movie named "Sister". stated below is the storyline...

Its Mid week!!!

halo everyone.... its me again... been blogging so much that i haven't got any new ways to start it off liao, so pardon me for lack or creativity yah... lolx... Anyway juz rained for awhile when having lunch... now the sun is out, bright and hot... good that it rained abit, at least it clears off some of the haze (PSI reading: 53).... been a busy morning...

Yesterday, testing have ended "on time" (juz before 6:30PM) even though we are a few hours off the the actual scheduled time... was raining when i rushed for band yesterday, lucky i had an umberalla with me at all times and avoided becoming a "luo tang ji" heez... its was exception busy in school yesterday evening, maybe its the start of the skool term and CCA as well, the sport hall was buzzing with activities, there was volleyball, badminton, rock climbing, etc... its juz really lively... then as i proceed to the bandroom, saw lots of fresh faces practising outside the bandroom, the shock was when i enter the bandroom, the place is packed...never seen so many pple in nypsb before... was taken by surprise actually...some pple even had to stand around and play... its was that packed... but anyway, finally got my hands on an Altus flute, was excited about it... rush outside to try it once it was assembled... its is truely a flute of good craftmanship, as the material used is good, light and really thin, making the sound really bright and clear (for high notes), and deep and with volume (for the low notes) did a couple of warm ups and played a couple of pieces myself with it... the keypads are really comfortable and notes are really precise (maybe because its new thats y there is so many good comments i guess...heez) My happiness was short, as shi jia came out with my "wife" (my own flute), saying there wasn't enough, so i gave her the Altus and i use my own flute instead... haiz.... at least i got to use it so not complaining...heez... anyway... went back in the bandroom, played a few songs with them... quite fun actually, but just too many pple i feel (flute alone there was 19 pple...scary right...) anyway.... shortly after, we had a break, that is when all the year ones take their leave... and the main band settle down... and we played the songs for performance.... ended the night off with fantasy variation... haiz....sad to say the band has not changed much despite the lecture lao shi gave the other time... donno when the band is going to learn... haiz... they are not say lousy, i would say everyone is talented but just lack committement and passion to make good music... thats all... Anyway, after that, packed my stuff and by the time i left the bandroom its about 10 plus... Sherine have her hands on my album, taking orders to the pictures she wants, then passed the album to xiu xiu to bring home as it was too late, so i allow her to do her "shopping" of photos at home instead... (remember to bring tml yah...*wink)... by the time i got home, its close to 11, had my dinner, got a shower, watched a little tv before heading to bed...

Today, dun have to come to work earlier coz testing is finally over (heez....slp abit longer...=P)... but once i got to work... work was waiting for me, so have been busy the whole morning.... after that, went for lunch and when return, more work... haha loving it man (rather than rotting all day... time pass faster this way...=P) Anyway, alot of research work to do liao... really wish to stay around to chat...but guess i can't, its back to work... cya guys tml then.... Halo pple... morning was a little hazy this morning isn't it... well according to reliable sources...this haze is going to stay for awhile...haiz... not really in the mood to work today... been stoning off quite abit since i came to the office... must be not having enough slp last night... heez

Anyway... yesterday was planning to knock off work at about 6.45pm so as to catch the 7.20pm show (Spiderman 2) at Plaza Singapura, but due to delay on the testing... have to stayed on to about 7.30pm, after that rush off to catch the 8.30 slot instead...reached PS about 8 (coz its only a couple of stop from office) so went to grad tickets before heading to the food junction to have some dinner... after that seeing there is spare time, when to grab some drink from watson, went to the loo before heading into the theatre (oppz... am i getting abit detailed...=P) Anyway i must say...it is a great movie... juz as exciting as the first one... but this one is more packed with action....cannot wait for the 3rd one man... But its not really like in the comic as spiderman never takes off his mask despite any danger, whereas in the movie he reveal his face to not 1, not 2 but hundreds of pple.... which means there its not a secret anymore... so i found that part abit weird...apart from that... i love it... heez... when the show ended its was close to 11, a 2 1/2 hours movie (which i mistaken as 2 hrs) but well didn't really bothered me as i still had a direct train back home... Reach home got myself a nice long bath, after that sat down to watch a little tv and prepare stuff to bring today before heading to bed... and that is how my day went yesterday... short but sweet i would say...

This morning there is more testing to do... and as usual some delays and behind schedule as there is problems techincally... hopefully its not going to drag like yesterday coz i am not going to wait today... i have band practise tonight... hopefully everyone wakes up after the last practise and the lecture and all... heez... hmm.... guess thats all for the day lah... abit short but if anyting exciting happen today.... will be blog in tommorrows blog... be sure to stay tune to Ryan's blog (advertising abit....lolx) Ciaoz...

Wet Monday....

Cooling Monday morning....wasn't too hot when i came to the office today... oh yah... had to come in at 9 (which i ended u coming in at 9:10 =P) this morning... have testing to do so have to come earlier... having a tummy ache since this morning... sian... keep running up and down the toilet (now u know y i am late...) but slowly feeling better now... got alot of concern from my frens when they know about it... feel like i am showered with love... the feeling is so warm and good... thxs guys *muack (big fat kisses to all...) heez...

Had to tough training (dragonboat) on Saturaday... as least for me... its is my second training after my "long holiday" and i was ask to be the stroker (meaning the person right infront of the boat giving timing and pace) it is really a very tough job man... there is no stopping for us and we are constantly pressured to stretch futher... after that session, i had a blisters and peeling off skin on my left hand...and even blisters on top of blisters... its was not painful comparing to the cramps and aches i got from my back and abs after we kept the boats back in the shed... grab myself a 100 plus and rested on a chair for about 5 mins before i started moving again... had a couple of beer after that... and had friendly conversation with the guys as well... slowly mixing into the group a little more... heez... both after that...rush off to meet herbert at serangoon gardens... didn't really wanna meet coz i was rather shagged after training... but went anyway cause it have been awhile since we last saw each other... (refering to the rest of "the gang")... had a satisfied meal when i got there... only me and herbert, we had half a chicken, chilli kangkong, and you tiao stuff with sotong fried to crispy... and each had 2 1/2 bowls of rice to go with it... (was really hungry...) After that... since we are still early, the both of us went to NTUC to roam about and got ourselve some stuff before settling at cafe cartel (the meeting spot) and waited... slowly one by one arrived....as usual with some latecomers... but when everyone was together... we kinda talked abit... i was shagged... and Li Hao wasn't feeling too well so we decided to call it a day earlier, the rest gone off to join another group at a nearby pub... Bought duo hua (with tang yuan) back for my mummy, hitched a right home on li hao's van... thx alot... got home, first thing i did was to get a shower... i was starting to smell like kallang river and am all sweaty and all...cannot tahan... After a nice clean bath, all xiang xiang liao... then sat down and spend some "quality time" with my mum enjoying on duo hua... (bought one for myself also...=P)... after that, rest awhile more before heading to bed... totally knocked out man...

Sunday morning... can hardly get straight out of bed coz my back was aching rather badly... practically rolled out of bed... after that was a juggle between tv and computer for the rest of the day... then in the evening went to have pork chop with my parent at a hawker center near my aunt's place... after went to my aunt's place for awhile, brought photos (of the trip) to show them... then watch home alone 3... dame funny....and very creative the tricks the kid use... superb man...after that when back home, more television before going to bed at about 1 plus... lolx... rather boring sunday lah... but will at least got some break lah... heez..

Today, been rather busy coz have been doing testing all day..... table is in a mess with paper everywhere....think need to pack after the test... hmmm.... saw mo xiao ling juz now after lunch.... they fliming something juz donw the street from my office...so fun heez.... well its raining heavily outside now... haiz... but lucky i still got a couple of hours before i fang gong... and i have an umbrella with me so no worries... heez... will be going to catch Spiderman 2 alone (coz everyone have watched it liao) at PS after work most probably... looking forward to it... heez... after that should be grab a short dinner before heading home i guess... hahaha...alright then i guess thats all i have for the day... cannot tink of anyting else to write liao... or rather... too busy to tink of anyting else to blog... will continue tml the.... End of a week start of a chapter

Its finally the weekend once again... been a long week... maybe because its the week after my long holiday so still kinda stuck in holiday mood ba... heez... On my way to work this morning i saw an ACTOR man... or an Ex actor to be specific... i saw JAMES LYE man... lolx.. the guy with diana ser now... from the show triple nine and the recent movie featuring Arron Kwok (AD 2000 i tink)... he is indeed handsome... not over built and as tall as i am... but wasn't as excited as i was last time when i get to see actors/actresses... maybe i have grown out of that age le ba... heez...

Yesterday was ok for me... went to meet up with some frens (herbert, huiting, selina and zhi yun) at city hall yesterday then we went to kenny rogers for dinner... had half a slab of chicken and a whole deal of side dishes... was totally stuffed after that (felt like a turkey during christmas...haha) but it was enjoyable and we sort of chat for awhile, looked at (my trip) photos, and chat even more... then when we left the place, its close to 10 so we sort of walked abit....was tinking of going to a cafe to sit down and talk even more... but zhi yun have to rush home coz she have to work today, and since i have to work today, and selina is aching and really tired after a 4 day "torture" camp... we decided to call it a day and everyone head back home instead... it was a short session, but will its juz catching up to see if everyone is doing well thats all... heez.... Accompanied zhi yun to the train station (since i am taking the train as well, herbert then gang headed back to suntec as they are taking bus back). Reached home...took a shower, and started doing up "order slips" for the trip photos, so that i can get a systematic order form, spend close to an hour drafting it out in office (heez.... done during free time... dun misunderstand...) heez... should be set to take order on tuesday...after that, did abit of workout before heading to bed...

This morning....as usual in office, did some preparations for monday system testing... other than that....nothing much... nypsb having some kinda "welcome party" for the new year ones... heard that 50 turned up... really wished i am there right now... haiz... too bad i have to work... haha... well, juz not fated i guess... Anyway, rain abit juz now... lasted for about 20 mins... and its stopped, now the sky is still gloomy, hope the weather for the day is not going to be this way for the whole day, coz i am really looking forward to training (dragonboat) later on... after training, should be off home to grab a shower, change to some fresh clothes before meeting "my gang" in gardens... (serangoon gardens) for a little get together... the last time we had one was a couple of months ago...so guess its a must go...haha... anyway thats probably the plan for the day i guess... not much but at least dun have to rot at home and do nothing...heez... alright then guess thats all for the day... Happening Band Prac!!!

Dear Diary,

Haven't got much sleep yesterday... been tinking of what lao shi have to say yesterday during band prac and everyting that have happen after that... shall elaborate it in the later part of the blog. Its a friday, meaning its close to the end of another week... donno to be happy or not... happy maybe because the weekend is approaching, not maybe its a week close to my enlistment... heez... but well...take one step at a time and enjoy every moment of it i guess...

Alot have happened in band yesterday... and it affected my mood pretty badly... when i reached hoping to put my hands on the new flute, was told that we are not allowed to use the new flutes, and Sherine's face was not at all happy... got a little disappointed, and since everyone have to use the old ones, there wasn't one left for me... so i was practically sitting there doing nothing... so i went to help out in percussion for awhile before grabbing my photos from the rack to see (& kill time)... slowly, my album was passed around during practices to view... Then during the break, Sherine left as her back isn't doing to well... hopefully she is feeling better now... Anyway after break, joined in practise using Sherine's flute... After about another 1 hr or practise and halfway through the song is where the storm enters, lao shi finally burst out... gave the entire band a lecture... first time i ever seen lao shi that angry... he lectured us about the attitude all the members have in band and not being committed enough, and also the lack of seriousness during practise itself (which made me pretty guilty, as i was still looking at photos before practise...) One thing that worrys me most is when lao shi say he is more than glad to give up his position to another conductor, usually when he says that, he is bound to leave soon (rumours from past band he have taken)... Really hope the band will buck up and change their attitude alot...after band Jac gave a few announcement before our VP steps into the matter... gathering all the SL... everything was smooth and peaceful until the VP started to shouting at all the SL, which i very much dislike and honestly was abit pisssed, but since i have already graduted, i have decided to wash my hands off the matter... Anyway the VP start to lecture every single section about attendance, committment and all that, sounded like he is lecturing juniors in a secondary school band... And when karen (trumpet) talked back to him, he started to "make use of his post" (things like "do you know hu u are talking to" and "is this the way u talk to me, please noe your position"), and Karen (who is close to tears) gave a good answer... ("i didn't wan to be the SL in the first place") really brave of her to do that... i dun blame her for saying that as they are the one that is often getting shoot by lao shi, so i could understand he feeling and stress she is facing lah... Anyway... after that "session", karen did broke down, everyone's mood was affect even more... but none really show it out... the walk to the bus stop have a different feel as everyone is juz not themselve anymore... was actually thinking off walking out alone juz too cool down from wat that have just happen... but was called back by xiu and zhong xi.... so i waited for them and walked out with them... This is one practise i would rather forget... but unfortunately i guess will remember its for life... I dun find anything wrong with the band... expect for their attitude perhaps... but other stuff they are only following from examples... still think the "top level" should do some self reflection before scolding or reprimand the band (not refering to anyone in particular...dun get me wrong)...

Okok...enough of the unhappy stuff...won't wan to bring the feeling to today... heez...what is over is over... time too look forward... heez... still looking forward to the next practise... basically because i get to see all my frens again... heez... and really enjoy making music as it really destress me from a day of work... quite sure the next practice will be better *smiles... Hee... paiseh, mention a little too much about band today...okok change topic... well... got to work as usual this morning, turn on my com, log into msn first before starting work =p Still working on researching for information... other then tat is the norms... Eh... meeting up with a bunch of frens later after work for dinner and a little chit chat... brought my photo (for the trip) to show them as well... And guess that will likely take my friday night then...haven met for a long time... bound to have lots to talk about... heez... can't wait...hmm.... Other then tat, pretty much what i have for today... heez... more will have to wait till tml i guess... heez... sayonara!~!~!~

Flutes!!!

Konichiwa pple!!! wet weather since morning, didn't wan to get out of bed this morning, its was so cooling outside and with my aircon, it made it feel like i am back in Aussie... but still managed to drag myself out of bed cause i have to work... heez... Anyway, the rain sort of stopped when i left home for work and started again once i reached my workplace... its like they are pre planned, strange isn't it *grinz...

Anyway, yesterday was the first time i reach home early (8 plus). On my way home, met a "con man", this china man approach me and started telling me stuff, at first i tot he was asking for direction so i stop to talk to him, then he started telling me that he have lost contact with his fren, and juz contacted his brother in China who will be coming to Singapore today to pass him $600,000 RMB, and asking if i can give him some money to pass the night (meaning dinner of course)... Very naturally, i took out my wallet without suspecting that he is a con, and gave him 2 bucks, then he asked him he can get 10, that is when i felt things are getting abit fishy, so i kept my wallet and told him that is all i have left... he thanked me and walked away, That is when i analysised the situation, the guy wasn't badly dress, he was in a polo t-shirt, jeans and leather shoes, should be doing that bad, and he story isn't really that convincing, that is when i realise i have been conned... But well i took it likely as its only $2 and if the person feel good "cheating may kindness" i am pretty fine with it... was too eager to help i guess... heez.. But anyway....didn't mention anyting about that when i reach home coz i feel its small matter and didn't want to make a fuzz out of it... had my dinner, rest awhile before going for a jog downstair, went on the long route, took me close to half and hour to complete, but it feels so good as 1st i felt more energised after that, and 2nd, it me so tired to tink of any unhappy things there was kept inside of me... heez... after about 10 mins rest and cool down, got home took a bath... and when out again... its was close to 10 when Herbert called to ask me out, and i agreed since its been like 2 months since we last met (he was overseas on attachment for 2 months), he picked me up along with Dennes (another good pal of mine) and we went to chom chom in serangoon gardens for a little supper, didn't eat much as i didn't wan to waste all that running i did earlier on... had a chicken wing and a mug of sugarcane thats all... after that, when around gardens looking for some ex skool mates living close by, juz to see how they were doing.. was quite fun actually... after that headed home coz all have work and skool today... heez... got home watch abit of tv before heading straight to bed...

Today, my back and legs is a little sore... legs i can understand, because of all the running and i haven't been running often, that explains y its sore, but i dun understand y my back is aching as well... maybe its the weather or i didn't slp in a good position last night... but hopefully it will be better as the day goes...heez... Today in office... hmm all the regular stuff i guess... oh yah... Ronny is back from the phillippines trip... as semi work leisure trip... and we had a short meeting this morning just to update him on the progress of the company just to keep him on track...other then that nothing happening occurred in the office... heez... Alot of things to look forward today... first its to lunch, might be meeting up with a couple of my classmates later on for lunch... sort of a get together they organised so kinda anxious for lunch today...juz to see how they are doing... Another thing i am really looking forward to is Band practise coz NEW FLUTES ARE FINALLY HERE!!! heez.... sorry got carried away there... but really cannot wait to get my hands on the flutes... heez... hopefully laoshi try some nice pieces that can really test the flute out... heez... feels like when i am get my first miyazawa during the days in SWO...haha okok side track liao.... Hmm... other then that nothing much liao i guess... hopefully the sun comes out soon and it gets less gloomy coz my mood get really affected by weather... heez... But guess that all... Stressed Day!!!

Zao an everyone... had to come in office rather "on time" this morning coz was suppose to have a meeting in the morning...

Yesterday band prac was fun....though the band shrink to about half of what we had for the trip... lao shi seems to be enjoying himself, everyone did actually... Finally got to play The Sound of Music, been wanting to play that song for a very long time... in the past practise, would always missed that song coz i am always late for band (having to rush down after work)... Anyway, nice song *grinz, after that, got to side read Hungarian Dances by Brahms, diffcult piece, barely made it for the first movement, but not a bad piece, rather surprise i can actually produce sound for it...lolx...can be played with abit of practise... those piece are played with the strings, going to perform today... not really keen to know the result... (considering that they have only seen Hungarian Dance for the first time), but well since i am not performing in it, it doesn't bothers me much *evil grinz*. After that, it was back to normal band prac, played a few song, mood wasn't really the same as usual band practise, it was more relaxed, maybe because not many pple was there, didn't really liked the feeling, coz it felt rather slack... but went through with it anyway... brought photos for them to see... got alot of positive comments on the photos taken... so happy... really glad they like it... coz i love them... Got to see other photos (mainly Sherine's and Meiting's) as well... and theirs are pretty good as well...think have more money to spend liao lah (redeveloping)....haha... really looking forward to seeing all the other pple's photos... heez... currently only saw about 4, Sherine's, Meiting's, May's and Angelina's... and they are all bery nice... heez... okok enough on the photos liao... will try to chose a few nice one from my album, scan it and place it here to share...dun worry...heez...*winkz* And that is more or less first band prac after trip ba... heez... The band is changing in alot of aspects, mostly is the members... haiz... alot of rumours after the trip (which i am not going to elaborate)... making me very fan, even though i am not sure wat i am fan about... juz confused i guess... haiz... people is changing, relationships are changing... LUAN ARH!!! HU CAN HELP ME!!! haiz.... felt better after that.... heez... okok think i am talking nonsense liao... better end this paragraph...

Today, well work as usual, had a meeting this morning... boss wasn't really in a good mood so everyone was rather tense and careful with their words... after meeting, everyone sigh a breath of relief before returning to more work (me included), me as usual, multi tasking (blogging, working and chatting at the same time), hope its not going to rain again today, been raining for the past 2 afternoons... think there is going to be another meeting later in the afternoon, probably after lunch... hopefully that will go well...lolx see how its goes lah... After work today, shouldn't have any plans le ba... lolx.. finally after so long get to go home straight after work... cannot even remember the last time i did that... heez... think will most likely go for my regular jog lor, have to burn off all that "fish and chips" i had in sydney... lolx.. well guess that all i have for the day then... Hopefully things will be more smooth sailing, both at work and at band for me... really hope the rumours thingy will start to simmer down soon, and everyone are back to their normal self once again... It a Tuesday!!!

Morning guys (and gals)...Yawnz... feeling abit tired this morning, probably haven't have enough slp yesterday... went to bed at about 1 plus, tossed and turn till about 3 before falling aslp... had alot of in mind to think about, keeping my brains working overtime... or maybe its just the late dinner...hmmm.... watever... *grinz...

Anyway.... yesterday was boring.... practically rotting in the office apart from doing some research on monitoring softwares,and about 6, the entire company was asked to Chilles (the pub down the street) for a little celebration as the company juz got the first payment (7 digit sum!!! OMG) After that, met a few fren for a movie... I FINALLY WATCH HARRY POTTER 3!!! wanted to catch it since before i go for my trip... was a not bad movie, won't was it was nice coz it really isn't comparing to the previous 2 chapters... hopefully the next one will be better... anyway, reach home at about 12 plus yesterday, had dinner, maybe i missed my mother's cooking for so long, everything tasted so good... heez... after that had a bath and rest awhile (letting the food digest abit) before heading to bed...

Today, business as usual, hopefully not as bored as yesterday, more research to do, other then that, there might be a meeting later in the day... and yah...that is basically wat i have at work... After work, its band practise again... yipee, not that much pressure now as compare to last time as there isn't anything i am working for now... the last time was for the trip, now that the trip is over, its juz leisure for me... coz i can possibly play for the coming symphonia as i will be serving my nation... heez... hopefully everyones' photos are ready coz i can't wait to have "photo session" later... heez... Alright... i guess this is all i have today man... PEACE...

Morning pple!!! not suffering from Monday blues today... so feeling rather good this morning... cause i finally got my sydney photos... it cost be a bloody $105 but its bloody worth it coz there is very nice picture taken... heez...

Yesterday haven done much... woke up in the late morning, had breakfast and watch tv... Later that afternoon, met up with shi jia, asked her to accompany me to SWO to pass my frens some stuff... kept her updated on band stuff that she missed as she haven't been coming band very often (coz she have to work...) Reach there, they are still having band prac... so we have decided to wait at the cafe and continue our chit chat... Maybe its because we have not met for a long time, there is alot of things talk, and i share with her alot of stuff she didn't know, and she shared with me stuff i didn't know... got alot out of that session... heez =P Anyway, band ended and i passed the stuff to my fren and met up alot of bandmates that i haven met for quite awhile, surprisingly they still remember me, this people includes you hui, ming hua, vivian (who said that i looked old...*sob), andrew and desmond... so glad to finally have a little chit chat with them and see that the band is doing well... after that, hakim gave me a ride home, and that sort of ended of my day, short day, but able to meet so many old friends made it a rather worthwhile trip for me...

Today, as usual, got to work about the same time as normal, getting my photos was my first priority...and i wasn't really too disappointed as there was some beautiful pictures taken... some are blur but majority of them are good... that is the things u will have to expect when u dun use digital camera... so i am contented with the results... looked at them first thing i come into the office... shared some with my colleage too... there is only three of us this morning (before the boss came) so we can chit chat abit... heez... going to be a long day... feeling abit confused and lost at the moment... not planning to tell anyone y so dun bother asking... juz feeling FAN (fustrated in chinese) in short... haiz.... hopefully this horrible feeling will go away soon, and not cause me to have Monday blues... heez... My good fren, Herbert have juz came back from Guang zhuo yesterday on his 2 months long overseas attachment, will be meeting up with him this week, can't wait to see him and see how much he have changed... heez... as for today.... have some research to do... and after work most likely will be going home, was tinking of going back to skool to show them the pics... but guess i can do that tml... share with my family first... heez...and yah thats about it lah....sorry that its abit short....juz that i am not really in the mood to blog today.... alot of things are going through my mind...lolx..Cheers guys and enjoy the week....

Bloody Hot Day!!!

Super hot weather today... cannot tahan, its this kind of weather that make me miss sydney really badly... Anyway, think i will get used to it sooner or later... heez...

Yesterday went to the chalet after work, all the way at Pasir Ris, had bbq food and some drinks, was ok lor.... everyone was really "tame" as compared to in Aussie, maybe lost the mood liao ba =p... saw Ivan for the first time after such a long time, still the same, haven change much, Lao shi also joined us for awhile, had abit to drink and makan, then have a chit chat before heading home, the mood wasn't really right lor... maybe everyone is still trying to adapt to the time and weather ba... wasn't the best chalet experience i had but it was still enjoyable still, have a little get together, chit chat and all, Uncle dennis also came, that is when things start to get little more noisy... But the night was short for some as they have to leave early and by 12 plus the group was rather small... i left at about 12 plus myself, Dennis gave me a ride home, together with Angie and Han, driving skill power man... lolx... going at close to 140 on the expressway... But it was fun lah... short chalet but enjoyable...heez...

Today, come to work as usual, hot and humid weather made me sweat quite abit... really sickening... cannot tahan... anyway... did some work today, after that wrote some testimonial juz to kill time... will be going paddling today.... have been looking forward to it... finally rowing in an aussie shirt... haha hopefully will be good paddle today... after that, should me meeting the guys(who is going for syf finals) for dinner if nothing goes wrong... then should be heading home for some rest... got some "homework" from dav this morning, need to tink about it and discuss it over on monday... haiz.....busy weekend then... Buai Sydney... Halo Singapore

HALO pple!!! i am back from down under (aka Australia)... hope those die hard blog reader didn't missed me too much yah...heez... Had a wonderful time in Sydney(& Bathurst). Will try not go into too much details if not i will end up writing a novel out of the trip... heez...

As it was a night trip, reach at the airport in the morning, and the driver for our trip, John was already there waiting for use with a sign "Nanyang Polytechic" in his arm, the weather was ok when we reach there, the sun was out and i tink is about 15 degrees that morning, but not everyone feels it was cooling like me, as some have already took out their jacket and stuff... couldn't adapt to the weather i guess... After that, had lunch and head to the Blue Mountains, where we got a wonderful views of the mountains in Australia, simply sensational... took quite abit of pics before heading to Bathrust (a town we will be staying for 4 days of the 9 days trip). As it was a rather long journey (about 1 hrs 45mins bus ride), majority of them had a little nap in the bus (including me)...

Bathrust, first word most if not all say when we finally reached is COLD (temperture was close to 0 degrees)... lolx... As we reach there at night, everyone was practically breathing out smoke, that was how cold the weather was in Bathrust... was kinda sad that the 5 of us (Andy Koh, Andy Tan, Wei Xiang, Zhongxi and myself) have to be separated from the rest of the gang as there was not enough room at the other hotel, but we ended up being envied by everyone, coz we ended up staying in an apartment with our own living room, kitchen, laundry room, etc, rather then juz a hotel room. everyting we wan was there, and the owner of the motel was great, making breakfast for the 5 of us every morning... really gan dong man...feels like home too, Had load of fun, though its 5 guys, it turn out that we are not that untidy after all and guys can live togther as a group...lolx... got to try Andy Tan's cooking for the first time, and i must say he is a great cook... he cooked our "last dinner" there as well, superb... Activites at Bathrust includes the norms, shopping and taking pictures, other then that, was performance and attending music master classes and concert (and also pubbing nights...=P), there is a couple of good band for this trip, one from Shanghai, China and the other would be a band from USA, the Orchestra from Shanghai was my favourite and was the best band for the entire event. WE didn't really didn't very well in Bathrust, guess everyone was too tense and nervous as for some, it the first time performing in such and event and overseas. There were many other interesting things that happen at Bathrust, really wish to mention all but guess it would be super duper long, so guess its for me to know and for u to find out lah...=P.. Overall, had a wonderful time at Bathrust and was an excellent experience...

After that was Sydney, weather was not as cold compared Bathrust, but was still dry and windy, so we had to have drink lots of water. And i must say Sydney is a totally different place than Bathrust man... buzzing with life man even till late... (unlike Bathrust, quiet after 5). Visited a wildlife park first before going into town, there, we took photos with koalas, fed kangaroos, and etc... i saw white peacock and kangaroo for the first time, and they are juz so beautiful, and i also manage to take a pic with a joey (baby kangaroo) in my arms, was a wonderful experience... Okok back to town, we all checked into a hotel (finally dun have to split into 2 groups) somewhere in the middle of the city, and the 5 of us split into 2 group when me and the Andies in one room while the other 2 in the other, the place was not as big as the one we had at Bathrust but it was rather cosy... done plenty of sight seeing and exploring the place a little... First time having chinese food after so many day, and i must say the chinese food there is not bad at all... heez... we still had chinese food for lunch for the subsequent days but we enjoyed them... (maybe its juz that majority of us are chinese). We also visited Hardrock cafe in Sydney and we celebrated Xiu Xiu Birthday there... it was a touching site, Xiu cried, which almost got me into tears also... lucky i didn't heez... (*so paiseh, big guy like me cry...heez) anyway, i am sure its the best birthday she have every had (i know it would sure be my best if it was my birthday), the place actually extended operation hours juz for us... Thx guys from Hard Rock Sydney!!! 2 thumbs up!!!

The most memorable part of our stay in Sydney i would say was to perform in the Sydney Opera House, the place was simple fantastic, both externally or internally, everything was so grand... really an honour to be able to perform there... though it was just a short 30 mins performance, memory of the performance will stay with me forever... As they all say, all good things have to come to an end, before we know it, it was already the last few days in Sydney, as we were set to go back in 2 groups, some get to go back one day later then the other, i am one of the luckier ones to stay for another day *grinz* On the 2nd last day (last day for some) we actually when to Manly beach to explore rather then roaming about in the city, and i must say the place have one of the freshest and best seafood i have ever tasted, i had a cold platter which include 2 Oysters, so King sized prawns, and half of an average sized lobster for only 15 Aussie dollars, was so gan dong while eating it man... everyone enjoyed that meal, i know i did, it was one of the best meal i have yet... just superb, after lunch, went for a walk on the beach barefooted and test out the water... and it was freezing, amazingly there was still pple swimming in it... took a few picture there before washing up and start out shopping spree... heez... everyone got someting they like from there as there are loads of shops selling surfing stuff there... Sherine bought a pink top that is really nice, and all of us got a similar keychain of a cap which is really cute... there are plenty more stuff we bought other then that... After that went back to the harbour to met up with the rest of the guys (han [TIC], melvin and dennis) who rather sight see then shop... heez... We each got ourselve ice creams before boarding the ferry and head back... its was throughly a fun trip and would like to thank Dennis, because he was the one that intro us to that place and all, he was practically the one bringing us around everyway and i really appreciate it... Thank You Uncle Dennis (primary school greeting style =P)

On my last day, where majority "my gang" have return, i had a rather mixed emotion, i was delighted to be staying in this wonderful city for another day, but at the same time feeling a sense of loneliness as i kinda missed the guys that have gone back... i didn't had the chance to send them off as i overslept that day, and i was sort of woke up but the feeling of loneliness that particular morning... seeing all the empty rooms made me feel worse... but anyway i went out with the Andies, jasmine and carol, it was fun lah, as we were determind to spend all our money and went on a shopping spree, it was the first time i really shop in sydney... was really cool...carol got a bad throat so she didn't really speak much, so its been the 4 of us doing most of the talking... heez, by the end of the day, i was totally broke, not even a single Aussie dollar left... first time i ever spend till i drop in a foreign country heez... anyway still carried on to take pics... this whole trip i took 9 rolls of film, which me close to 300 photos, power man.... cost of developing it also power man... lolx but that is not my concern if they turn out fine... Ok back to the trip, didn't really stayed up really late that night, everyone was rather tired as we walked alot, we even walked accross the sydney harbour bridge. Next day off we go... took virgin blue from sydney to brisbane, then from that SQ home..reach home, got some spirits (tequlia and volka to be exact) before exiting custom, when to have some indian food before heading home. Still need time to get used to the weather here in singapore, its really hot and humid... cannot tahan... lucky i am working in an aircon environment, if not i am died... heez...

Yeap....guess that ends my little journey down under, there is alot of fun details that i might have not have mention in the blog, but it will sure be a cool topic to chat about for many years to come. This is by far one of my most enjoyable overseas trip... and i would like to thank everyone involve (directly/indirectly) in this trip... without you guys the trip might not have been the same... XIE XIE!!! ***MUACK*** Overall, i have learn many things from the trip, and have greatly improve my knowledge of music, as well as having a better understanding of my friends, characters and all... the phrase "zai jia kao fu mu, chu wai kao peng you" (a chinese proverb; meaning to depend on ur family when at home, and depends on friend when out of home) really applies here... This have truly been a wonderful experience for me.

Today, first day at work after 10 days in "heaven", not bad, alot of people seem to be on leave, Pam is off to get married, Ron is in Phillippines, Kam is going to Hong Kong later tonite, office will be rather empty... heez... (Yippe!!! can slack abit...lolx) But anyway, there is work to be done so not as boring, later after work will be going to a chalet, some kinda celebration for soon to gradutes like me... so gan dong... heez, but looking forward to seeing my "jie meis" again only lah... haha hopefully Uncle Dennis can come also... then will be really fun.. heez... Anyway... guess that is all i have lah... squeezed all 10 days into a single day's blog....power man.. haha, anyway enjoy reading will keep u guys updated again tml... Ciao...

Morning matey!!! heez... exceptional happy this morning, donno why also, just happy i guess... =P

Anyway, was a packed weekend man...with the races. Saturday, got off work like 12, Arron (Kam's fren) fetch us to the race ground, got there we see the other teams setting up their tents as well, they include, the Canadians (arch enemies..heez), Japan, British, and at the other end Germans... was really excited as it was my first ever dragon boat race... anyway... Paid money for the drinks and shirts, after that hang around the tent and waited for the team arrangement... it was a rather long race from esplande bridge all the way to the benjamin shears bridge.. (800M i was told) Anyway not long after the release of the list of rowers for the race, we were warming up for the 1st race, i was in 3 races that day, in a row...siong man... after the first race, before i could get a break... we were heading on to the next...didn't really perform up to standard... either we were too confident or we under estimated the other teams... anyway, it was the heats, but everyone was give their all for us to qualify for the finals the next day... Overall, we came in 3rd for most of the event we participated... slightly disappointed but fortunate it was only the heats... in my final race although we came in 3rd in the race, our boat cap-sized while trying to line them up at the harbour, causing everyone to fall into the sea, however spirits were still high... and everyone was cheering... and busy taking pics... heez... Anyway, that was my race for saturday... rush to istana park after that to support the band performance... not too bad i must say seem rather presentatble to go overseas for a performance... heez.. then followed there bus back to skool, and once they are all packed up, we went for dinner before heading home.

Sunday, got up bright and early to prepare for the big day ahead...tape up some bruises from sat and head off... reach there, some of the teams that haven made it through the heats have already packed yesterday leaving a few empty tents beside ours, got there, help the guys set up the stuff and waited for todays listings... When announced that there is only one race that day... i tot i will be in the race, but it seems like i was wrong, i wasn't picked for the team that day... haiz... sad and rather disappointed seeing the boat leave the harbour without me... slowly i walked back to the tent... to watch the team race... Is was for the Inter-international Coporate Race, though disappopinted i still cheered the rest on... and they came in 2nd for that race.. losing to the canadians (dame...) but beating the germans by 1/6 of a second...(close...)... when they return, some of us jump into the river for a "swim of celebration" the jumping in was alright, it the getting up that got lots of us bloody... the rocks were kinda sharp so all of us ends up with cuts on different parts of ourselves, mine is mostly on the legs since i was barefooted...heez... After that, packed up a few stuff and went to John's place at Holland V for a celebration... Great place he have there... super big mansion there... his is also a mansion i would like to consider... Some of them were already in the swimming pool when we reached... so we jumped in as well... had a few booze while waiting for the food to be ready... and when it is finally ready... everyone couldn't wait helping themselve to the food as everyone is famished...(the fish and chips were the BEST!!!) while we are eating, got to see some photos (of the race and the entire event) and after that was the medal presentation... cool, for once i felt proud once again... as everyone put in their effort and they deserved to win... After that was back to more booze, sat by the pool drinking and having a little chit chat with the gers (& guys)... Left the place at about 11, took a train back (lucky there was train...heez =p) got home, bath, more packing and went to bed... And that is the closing chapter about the race for 2004... hopefully i have another chance to race with them again...and get a medal this time round...

This morning is work as usual, but its doesn't feel like work day, donno y also, maybe its because i am flying off tonight to sydney thats y...=P Juz ask for a half day off to pack my stuff, so will be leaving office real soon...juz have to finish some things on hand first... might drop by bugis go bai bai (*pray in chinese) before heading home... guess thats all lah.... won't be blogging for the next 10 days or so lah....since not in singapore, and i dun tink will have chance to touch com also...heez...anyway thats all then... Cya is July then..... BUAI!!!
